It is a beach house well protected against insects with extra screen doors and windows with double screens. It is an environment that uses white color and all the wood part with ipe color (darker), the external doors are in Mexican style. The floor is made of white tiles with a 30-cm baseboard in the same material. The furniture is made of hardwood, sometimes with glass. All constructions are made of apparent solid brick, reminiscent of an ancient style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions

Relax in our grassy garden with trees, enjoy our pool overlooking the sea and have special moments in our gourmet area with barbecue facilities and beer tap. Our home has 4 bedrooms, all with air AC, with 3 being en-suite. There is a cozy living room with satellite tv; a games room with darts and snookers and a beautiful kitchen with a balcony boasting stunning views of the ocean. It is excellent for home-office with 420 mz internet.

A wide expanse of sandy beach extends under a clear blue sky, with gentle waves lapping at the shore. The water displays tranquil shades of blue, creating a serene coastal landscape.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and is in great condition, since it was built a short time ago. It sleeps well 3 people. Good location. The host is kind and attentive. I'd come back again.

Sebastiana put on a show of how to be a super host. We were looking for a special place to make our trip and we would choose Sebastiana's house a thousand times more! She is sweet, attentive, always sought to make us feel at ease, delivered the house impeccably and attended to us at all times when we needed her. If you're looking for a special accommodation in Saquarema, this would certainly be our recommendation!

Wonderful house! Much better than in the amazing photos. Gilberto is super attentive and helpful. And this time we can still count on the amazing Ingrid to help with the cleaning and food routine. Our second stay, and we'll be back more often.

The accommodation exceeded expectations, the reception held by Mrs. Laine was extremely cordial. The property is impeccable, with a wonderful view surpassing any expectation. Extremely comfortable, cozy, safe for children and meets the needs well. However, we had two issues: the excessive presence of insects that caused great discomfort throughout the stay and required the constant use of repellents and even the use of smoke as an alternative control measure, especially due to the presence of children with allergic sensitivity. Another point was the fluctuation in the supply of electricity, there were frequent power outages, especially at night, which aggravated the situation of discomfort caused by mosquitoes. However, we also understand that these issues are unforeseen and beyond the host's control. Apart from these two aspects, the house was an incredible experience in terms of structure, comfort and service.

I want to leave my very positive review of both the host Flavio and the house. Flavio welcomed us on the first day, showed us how the house works and answered any questions that arose later. Always polite and available. The house was very clean, with cleaning and personal hygiene items available in the kitchen, barbecue area and bathrooms. The rooms had the beds well made with clean, quality bedding, new air-conditioning. There are three great en-suites. Clean and comfortable bath towels available. The kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances and great functionality. New and clean dishes and cutlery. The room is spacious with a dining table for 8 people, large TV with entertainment available. There is a toilet to serve this part of the house. The gourmet area is great and has a beautiful view. The pool was clean. We were very well received and the house is excellent.
