Great accommodation, starting with Fernanda, who was super kind, nothing to complain about, the place is as described in the listing, shops nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and butcher shop, 10-15 min walk to the beach and about 40 min walk to the city center, I took a tour with my parents who also loved the place, I hope to return soon

I was delighted with my stay in this apartment in Ubatuba! The location is excellent — close to the beach and with easy access to the center, everything can be done on foot. The apartment is great: comfortable, well-equipped and very cozy. The host was a highlight in itself — super kind, attentive and always available for anything we needed. I felt very welcome and I will certainly return at the next opportunity. I highly recommend it!

Apartment and condominium very good safely and several leisure options: outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools, oats, dry saunas and steam, toy library, gym, cinema, among others. On the ground floor has bakery, ice cream and grocery store. Vanessa is a great person and excellent host, responding quickly and giving great food tips and suggestions. Very clean and extremely complete apartment, including bedding, towels, dryer, iron, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, cooler,etc. We like it very much and intend to return soon.
