Great building and apartment. Large truck garage. Perfect location close to the sea and shops. All wonderful and practical. We love the space and the beach. We will return soon.

Maria Claudete is an excellent host, attentive at all times from before and until after our stay was over. The apartment is very nice, modern appliances and very comfortable. It is located in the heart of Capão da Canoa, and is exactly as shown in the photos. Cesar, the manager, was super friendly, attentive and was always available to us. I'm sure we'll be staying there again

From the first moment Celso was very attentive. The apartment is excellent as well as shows in the photos. The view to the sea is beautiful, all in great condition. Comfortable beds and sofas, great bath. In front of the beach, quiet place, but easily walk to the center. We only have compliments. We will definitely be back.

A great place and very spacious, close to restaurants. The mattresses were a little hard, which was complicated for my spine with a problem, but everything worked out. Vinicius is a dear host.

Host Jorge is very attentive and helpful. Respond quickly to questions. The house is quite spacious and served our family well. 9 adults (1 elderly) and 3 children. It has all the utensils to meet everyone's needs. The location is great. Close to the beach (5 short blocks), close to the market, butcher shop and bakery. In front of the residence there is a beautiful lake that is quite busy (people walking, fishing and drinking mate), but that does not interfere and does not disturb the people staying in the house. Internet and TV working well. The pool area is great. We used this space a little because the weather was cold (end of April) and the heating is solar and did not heat up enough. Negative points: Upon arriving at the house the floor was sticky and there was a musty smell because the house had probably been closed for quite some time. A quick clean-up was needed.

Excellent value for money and Sabrina and Ivan's service, excellent hosts. Highly recommended. We'll be back for sure.

Great house! Super complete, well equipped and super well located in the condominium! Condomio with infrastructure perfect for families and children(courts, swimming pools, children's playgrounds, lake...) It is close to the beach( about 5 blocks walking). And has a support point on the beach, with chairs and umbrellas! I would own a lot of considerate!

Homes in excellent condition. Peaceful and cozy neighborhood. The house held everyone quietly. We were fully supported by Denise, always very attentive and responsive in response. It was a memorable experience and we will certainly return!

All wonderful. Haidi is extremely kind and polite and assists us in whatever it takes. The condominium is complete… the pool is beautiful and heated. The very organized, comfortable, clean and smelling house, has toys, utensils for the beach… network. The dunes in front are also beautiful. We find a nearby lake (Dead Embrace Lake) very cool too (ideal for picnic, fishing and children's playground). I noticed that there is a fishing area in front of the condominium as well. The children's condominium playground is great. There is also a food truck inside the condominium with a very tasty burger and other options. Security is another strong point. Everything wonderful !!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!

Our stay was rewarding. The place is gorgeous - a wonderful sea view. No noise beyond the sea. Close to the supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is cute, all brand new and made with very good taste. The very considerate host that everything was in agreement and helpful Anyway, we had a beautiful passage through this place

The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available. The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it. For sure, the next times, we will search for the same property, it is worth the experience of those who want to feel at home, with all the room and tranquility.

I've stayed in this condominium other times but this apartment was definitely the best! The view is beautiful at dusk, the flat is extremely comfortable with a huge, mega comfortable bed (unlike the apartments I had previously). The decoration is very cute, the balcony chairs are super relaxing, great showers, in short, everything even of great quality. Bárbara was amazing from start to finish. I will definitely return.
