Simple house, but very well equipped and very clean. Good security, with a covered garage for 1 car. The place is excellent for those looking for a quiet place to rest. Soft sandy beach, the water is a little cold but very good too. The street has several dogs that stay by the beach and on the street, I suggest buying them some food, after all they help with the security of the place. I recommend it.

The house is extremely well cared for, organized, with clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, and a breathtaking view. A true haven! The service of the staff was excellent — Lene, Jessica, Eliete and Naldo were attentive, helpful and very kind throughout the stay. I felt really welcomed! I was even surprised with an orchid as a birthday gift, since I was celebrating this special date there. A delicate and unforgettable gesture that demonstrates the care and affection for each guest. The house is wonderful, very well-equipped, comfortable and conveys peace. I've tried to book again for the summer, but I totally understand why you're fully booked... everyone deserves to have this experience! We love the house, very private, close to the beach, and cozy! I just missed a bathroom in the upper bedroom, we needed to go downstairs in the middle of the night to use it, other than that the house is great! Barbecue area and clean pool

The house is just wonderful! Large, airy and clean rooms. All with a view of the lagoon. The barbecue right in front of the pool. Charming place. The condominium is very safe, with security guards passing by at all times. All rooms have a fan. The suite has air conditioning. All rooms have lockers. You don't need to bring anything, there are bed and bath linens for everyone. Mr. Nelson is very helpful and attentive to our requests. I celebrated my birthday and it was unforgettable. Thank you for all the affection from the beginning to the end of the stay. The house is much better than in the photos, which seems impossible!

The house matches the description and photos on the site exactly. It is located within a condominium with few units. Very well located, super close to the beach, close to the square and the mall (close enough to walk). The house accommodated 8 people very well. All mattresses were very comfortable, air conditioning in all rooms working perfectly. Kitchen has what you need. We very much like the accommodation.

The stay at Cláudio's place was wonderful!! They were very pleasant days! The house is great, privileged location! Cláudio was an excellent host, always on hand to assist and solve whatever it took! And we also had the help of Mr. Narcisio and Mrs Nilma who were very kind and helpful too! We hired Evelyn's service as indicated by Cláudio and it was also great! We helped in cleaning the house, in the kitchen! We intend to return soon!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and uncomplicated. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

Great place for a family vacation!! The house is beautiful and the views are unmatched!!! The beach is peaceful and somewhat secluded. The only thing to note is that it can be a little dangerous with children, but we had a 1 year old, 4 year old, and 7 year old and everything went smoothly! Just be aware they will need some constant vigilance. Other than that, everything was amazing and we would definitely come back again!!

Excellent location, facing the sea, pharmacy, bakery and market nearby. The space was clean and tidy, with air-conditioning, microwave. This was our second stay and we would definitely come back.

Alexia's house is absolutely wonderful and for me it was chosen especially to spend my 30th birthday because it is so special. Alexia was an excellent host and went out of her way to make sure everything went well, helping me to make this reservation happen even when the house was no longer available on Airbnb, she made it happen, so I thank her very much! She was always quick to respond and gave tons of great suggestions! The view of the sea and the sunset are priceless, the path to Tartaruga beach, the proximity to the center of Búzios but at the same time being located in a quiet area, I found it wonderful. The decor and the extremely good taste make the house undoubtedly special and irreverent. A place with a lot of nature and art. The only negative point is the mosquitoes, but nothing that a good repellent and proper candles can't solve, so I advise you to go prepared with that. Apart from that, everything was amazing, I highly recommend it and hope to return one day!

Cris, we loved the stay! I just wanted to say that we miss one thing. My wife sleeps with 2 pillows and there was only one for each. It would be nice to have more quantity. A bedspread and bedside lights. In addition, it was comfortable and cozy. We hope to come back more often!

We love staying in this apartment. Lenilda and Marcelo are extremely attentive, kind and attentive to details. We felt at home from the first minute. Nothing was missing in the apartment and everything was very clean and organized.
