The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the market, gym, beach and with great delivery options in the area. Access is easy and the neighborhood feels very safe. The house itself is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, with everything very clean and organized. The hair dryers are great, which made a big difference to the group. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but it is worth mentioning that, with only two bathrooms, it can get a little cramped. A highlight is also the large backyard, perfect for having fun and enjoying outdoor moments. The host was extremely kind, friendly and always very helpful. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. If I go back to Praia Brava I don't doubt I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10/10.

The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent and is a 5-minute walk to the beach (the beach is also very good with adequate structure with bar, restaurants and bathroom). The only detail to note is that the listing says there are surveillance cameras only outside, but inside the house there are at least 4 between the TV room, living room, kitchen and common area of the upper floor. This made us initially uncomfortable and when we asked Simon he assured us that they were all turned off. I think if they don't work they could remove them for greater comfort. Anyway, we loved it and it is certainly in my plans to return to Antigo Moinho!
