My stay at the apartment was excellent! The location is simply perfect — waking up to the ocean view and being just steps from the beach made all the difference. The space is comfortable. We had a great stay at Dulcineia's apartment. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed during our trip. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. Dulcineia was an attentive host, always available and helpful, which made all the difference. The only observation is that it was not possible to use the condominium's common areas, which would have made the experience even more complete. The Solemar house is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, spacious and organized. Check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, the hosts Rita and Luiz are always very friendly and attentive. We loved the wonderful stay, we will return more times for sure!

From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like I was in an exclusive retreat, where comfort, good taste and practicality meet in perfect harmony. Each environment was clearly planned with attention to detail: elegant decor, comfortable furniture and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home — or rather, in a dream. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach. The internal spaces are spacious, well distributed and extremely well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the rooms are quiet and cozy, ideal for really resting. It was a flawless stay from start to finish. A place that not only meets, but elevates the concept of rest. I'm already recommending it to everyone and I can't wait to go back.

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

My daughter and I stayed again this year and we just love it here. Breathtaking view of all of Santos and very well located, w market, beach, and quick walk to the Gonzaga. Thank you for a lovely stay again and always being kind. Until next year... beijos
