It is very pleasant and easy to maintain, has everything nearby and is well equipped. It is 80 meters from the beaches of Geribá and 100m from Ferradurinha. There are bars and restaurants nearby. It sits on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sunset on the deck with swimming pool and barbecue over the sea of Geribá.
