My husband and myself had a wonderful 7-day stay at these apartments and couldn’t be more pleased! The place was spotless, very clean and well-maintained, with tasteful furnishings that made it feel like home. It was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a convenient and cozy stay. The location is fantastic — surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. Daniela was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to help and made sure we were comfortable from the start. We would definitely recommend this place.

Super host - very responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Great location to explore on foot and by car. Parking no issue, and easy drive to airport. Apartment was tremendous. Balconies allowed us to have breakfast in the sun outside admiring the views. Walk into town about 15 mins down hill - not too strenuous. Lots of Ubers that were inexpensive, so easy to get about. We had x4 full days in Madeira which were full of activities. Palace Gardens and Levarda walks were excellent. Truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Well equipped apartment. Very secure parking indoor. View from the balcony is superb to relax after a full day. Grocery store nearby and Catherine provided clear instructions. Several excellent dining options 5 walk minute walk in the harbour area. Not crowded like Funchal. If you wish to go to Funchal, you can take a comfortable bus if you don’t want to worry about driving and parking. Takes 20 minutes and the bus stop is 200 meters from the apartment. We liked the location as it is easy to drive to the several locations on Madeira. We do not regret at all not staying in Funchal. Would definitely recommend. While we were only two the second bedroom is two singles beds.

Le logement est très bien situé, au calme, et propose une vue panoramique imprenable sur la montagne et la mer. Sa grande terrasse permet de se reposer dans d'excellentes conditions après les journées de visites. Il est idéalement situé pour les diverses randonnées, visites, restaurants et plages que propose cette magnifique île. L'équipement est très complet, en excellent état, et va au-delà de la description. Encore un grand merci Connie & Johnny pour votre gentillesse, vos conseils avisés et la qualité de votre logement ! We were so thrilled that this place was available after the initial accommodation we booked fell through. The hosts were able to arrange cleaning and set us up within 24 hours so appreciate their efficiency and clear communication. We loved the interior design of the property and all the amenities. The location was also ideal as it’s right next to a shopping mall and around 15 minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again!

Die Aussicht der Wohnung ist spektakulär. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Wenn man beim Schlafen jedoch sensibel auf Geräusche reagiert, besser mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Somit hört man den morgendlichen Verkehr nicht, und die Hunde und den Hahn in der entfernten Nachbarschaft auch nicht. Julie ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer schnell zur Stelle, wenn man etwas braucht. Zur Begrüssung hatte sie Gebäck und Madeira gebracht. Zu beachten ist, dass die Terrasse nicht mit der Wohnung verbunden ist. D.h. man muss zuerst aus dem Haus hinaus und dann auf die Terrasse. Das Auto konnte ich bequem auf dem Grundstück parken. Ich werde den Ausblick vermissen! Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

We had a lovely stay in Funchal and this flat was the perfect base. We had everything we needed and it was very quiet at night. The balcony gave a lovely view of Funchal, especially at night. The walk into the city was easy and getting in and out was by keypad, which seems to be standard in the area. We had an issue one morning with locking up and rang the number given for support. Problem resolved 10 minutes later! We would definitely stay again if back in Madeira. Thank you!!

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was especially convenient, we enjoyed making breakfast each morning and eating out on the balcony. The location was also perfect, with many restaurants nearby. The spots in the parking lot were tight, but there were many nearby parking spots on the street, so parking was never a problem. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond during our stay. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and we would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Madeira.

The place was very clean and felt very spacious. Very walkable location while being in a quiet area. Host was friendly and very quick to respond which is always appreciated. A great introduction to Madeira!

I stayed four nights at the flat and very much enjoyed my stay. It is tastefully decorated, well appointed and remarkably quiet! The big floor cushion was a personal favourite to read at the end of the day. I was pleased to find everything I needed (including a few cooking basics like oil and salt, as well as laundry detergent, which is not always the case in some places). Took a few minutes to locate the washing machine. You will find it behind the door in the kitchen. Walking to Sé neighborhood, which I found to have the most interesting (and on a Sunday, open) restaurant options took about 20 minutes at a brisk pace, so a reasonable distance, but I was a bit discouraged at the hike back up the very steep hill at the end of long days, so I opted for the lazy solution of taking (cheap) Uber rides. Parking on the street is easy and so is accessing major roads to go East or West. Overall, a wonderful find that I recommend unreservedly.

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour à Madère et à Funchal ! L’appartement de José est parfaitement situé pour découvrir la ville et les environs. Très confortable et bien équipé, il a été un point de départ idéal pour nos aventures. Le stationnement pour notre voiture était très pratique, et l’arrêt d’autobus juste à côté nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement lorsque nous n’utilisions pas la voiture. Un grand merci à José pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions, comme le vin et les fruits offerts à notre arrivée, cela a vraiment ajouté une belle touche de convivialité à notre séjour. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation !

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Die Unterkunft war perfekt – wir hatten sogar einen eigenen Parkplatz, was die Anreise und den Alltag sehr entspannt gemacht hat. Das kleine Gym war ein toller Bonus, um auch unterwegs aktiv zu bleiben. Besonders praktisch war auch der Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe – ideal für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Stadt war schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen, sodass wir jederzeit spontan losziehen konnten. Ein echtes Highlight waren die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge, die wir jeden Abend genießen durften. Vielen Dank an das Guest Ready Team – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un logement magnifique dans un complexe récemment rénové, tout est neuf, propre et bien décoré. Le supermarché se trouve juste en face de la résidence et la cuisine a tout l’équipement nécessaire pour être indépendant toute la semaine. La piscine est super, la salle de sport également, la résidence est calme et bien située, à bonne distance pour prendre la route et visiter tout ce qu’il y a à voir à Madère. Point non négligeable : une place de parking en sous-sol et une résidence surveillée. Merci beaucoup à Mariana pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur la belle île de Madère 🫶🏼

Beautiful apartment nestled in the village of Jardim Do Mar. Had it not been for finding this AirBnB, we probably would not have found the area, but thankfully we did and got to experience the peaceful and calming village. Check in was really simple and was a matter of messaging Germano once arriving at the location. Germano’s dad is on hand and was the person who checked us in - he is very friendly. The apartment is a great value to say you have an almost private pool (shared with the apartment next door). We were given a bottle of red wine, a bowl of fresh fruit and a Poncha was ordered for us at the local bar, all were nice touches and made our stay feel special. I would definitely recommend the apartment!

What a wonderful place to stay. The balcony is just amazing and is the perfect spot for a glass of wine after a day of exploring Madeira. Nothing was too much trouble for Marie. Even down to the coffee machine not working on arrival and a replacement landing with us within an hour, which was beyond all expectations! The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything we could possibly have needed! 🙂

Apartamento muito bem localizado com instalações impecáveis. Zona calma, ótima para caminhadas após o jantar. Tudo muito limpinho. A Joana foi, desde sempre, uma anfitriã magnífica, deu várias sugestões de locais e restaurantes para visitar.

Logement bien situé et bien équipé face au centre commercial Forum Madeira. Milla est une hôte très réactive et les explications d’accès et d’utilisation du logement sont très claires. L’accès à la piscine de l’hôtel adjacent est un bonus non négligeable. Seul petit bémol, le lit un peu petit dans la chambre, pour le reste tout est conforme à ce qu’on attend d’un logement de vacance.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön an einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet damit man sich ab dem ersten Moment nur wohlfühlen kann. Es hatte alles was man braucht, auch super fanden wir die vielen Küchenuntensilien und der Grill, den wir jeden Tag benutzten. Die Terrasse mit Whirpool,Lounge,Liegen und Tisch waren das Highlight. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit in der Unterkunft, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Der Strand Calheta ist 5min mitem Auto einfach zu erreichen und sehr empfehlenswert. Auch fanden wir den Privatparkplatz super. Bruno und Maria sind sehr zuvorkommend und fragten auch nach wie es uns geht und ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, sehr ruhig, viel privatsphäre und doch gelangen wir mitem Auto überall hin. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Bruno und Maria. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Un très bel endroit, propre et tranquille. Il est facile d’accéder à la route principale et de visiter Madère. Réponses rapides de l’hôte, que de bons mots! :)

Alles super! Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Die Lage ist optimal. Von dort aus kommt man über all gut hin und es gibt über die Straße direkt ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt. Danke !

Betty is the top host! She welcomed us with open arms. Very fast to respond, friendly and helpful! We were able to check out in the afternoon and enjoyed our last lunch at home before leaving for the airport. The view of the mountains is breathtaking at day and night time. The apartment is absolutely huge. It was our 3rd visit to Madeira with our elderly mum. She got beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. Betty also got an armchair for mum so she could relax on the balcony. We had such a comfortable and great stay! highly recommended!

à notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli par Ana. Elle nous a tout expliqué et nous avons même pu arriver un peu en avance dans l'appartement. Elle nous a donné des conseils de visite, de restaurant, et aussi elle nous a indiqué le supermarché le plus proche. Ana a été au top !!! L'appartement est parfait, il y a tout ce qu'il faut même encore plus que ce qu'on avait imaginé. Merci pour tout! Nous avons pu profiter à fond de cette île magnifique . Et Gabriel a passer quasiment toute ses soirées dans la piscine 😄 merci encore de notre part à tous les 3

This was a beautiful Airbnb with a great patio. Tons of wonderful restaurants were in walking distance. Paulo was a very friendly host and even delivered fresh bread every morning!

Nice apartment to stay for a long holiday with beautiful views of Praira Formosa. Infinity pool, ample space, well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Free parking in the apartment's garage. The location was perfect being just outside of Funchal with easy access to ER 101. The apartment sits up on the hill with a short walk to the promenade; you can walk either towards Camara de Lobos or Funchal. Lots of restaurants on the promenade and on Estrada Monumental. There is a supermarket (Continente) just 2-3 blocks down the street from the apartment. The local host met us at the apartment to show us around. The apartment was clean and comfortable coming home after a day of hiking (purchase trail tickets 3E on Simplifica for all the PR# trails). A car is a must if you are going to hike and see Maderia. No Jacuzzi and gym is old and poorly equipped.
