We had a great stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

I'll start by saying that photos can be deceiving. Live, the house is 10x better. I regretted not staying longer. Clean, organized house, all necessary utensils available. The house is very well managed by Eliane. I'll be back for sure. Maria is to be congratulated on the house.

Super clean and organized environment, we ended up feeling at home since the apartment is really complete for everything we need! Dayanne was attentive and polite to us from the beginning to the end of the stay. Always helpful and gave us tips about the lake region. Great!

All communication with Ricardo, Mari and Simone was very well done, they gave us local recommendations and a lot of information. The apartment is very nice, with an airy space and excellent leisure area. The only drawback is for the bathrooms in two suites, which are very small, but small people won't have a problem with that. The entire check-in and check-out process was very easy, and they even let us put our bags inside the apartment before check-in time. Overall an excellent stay.

Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... Everything as advertised, facing the best beach in Saquarema, complete apartment with everything you need for a peaceful stay. This is the second time I've stayed at this condominium, everything is very close, bakery, restaurants and market. João is very attentive, he responded to all my messages very quickly, Michele is also very attentive. I recommend it without restrictions…

Wonderful space, worth every penny.

Very comfortable house, as advertised, facing a beach with a good strip of sand. Quiet and very pleasant location, with markets, bakery and other shops nearby, so you can walk around without any problems. Vinícius' house is great for those who want to rest from daily stress, being in a beach region without turmoil, regardless of the day. Waking up to the sound of the sea and fresh wind, too good.

The house is very comfortable, spacious and airy. The pool is wonderful and was very clean. The house has a barbecue and a foosball table that my kids loved. The condominium is calm, quiet and has a beautiful private pond. Ronei welcomed us very well and we had a great weekend.

We love the place is as in the photos, they lend you bikes to be able to travel (just a little maintenance to the bikes, I put oil in the chains of all haha) after everything is incredible, I would come back again, the girl who gave us the key, she took care of us very well

Our stay was wonderful. The apto is extremely cozy, and has a beautiful view of the beach of Itaúna. Great location, there is a bakery in the front that is delicious, in addition to the proximity to the surf culture of the place. We love it very much!
