We took a family trip and it was simply perfect! Kamilla's apartment is impeccable, complete and super well located. And the main entrance of the condominium is in front of the park entrance. We felt at home from the first moment. Kamilla was attentive from start to finish. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

Our stay was great, very nice apartment, well equipped, we went with a 6-month-old baby and we felt at home! Justine was extremely polite, responded quickly and helped us with any questions that came up. Beautiful, complete condominium with a wonderful structure!

My experience at this Airbnb was great! The host was super attentive and quickly answered all my questions, which made me feel very safe from the start. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and has a beautiful view. One of the most positive points is that, even though it is a private reservation made by Airbnb, guests have full access to the resort's structure, such as swimming pools, leisure areas and other amenities. The staff at the place were always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is very organized and welcoming. 24-hour security also provides a lot of peace of mind throughout the stay. The location is great, with supermarkets and shops nearby, which makes everyday life a lot easier. It was a light, safe and very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

The apartment corresponds to what is described in the listing. Very well decorated, with all the amenities, finally a super cosy space. We have been a few times in the same condominium and this was by far the best apartment we know. We noticed good taste in decoration and attention to detail. Our only dissatisfaction was not with the apartment, but with the quality of the restaurant's food that fell a lot (we do not recommend eating on it). In addition, the hostess was always attentive and made us feel at home.

Excellent location. Beautiful view of the sea and Beach Park. Super ventilated, clean, well decorated apartment. The Aqua Park is wonderful for children, with recreation until 10 p.m. My kids loved it. The owners were kind and super available. I highly recommend it

We were 3 couples, each with a child, the convenience was simply perfect, everything in the apartment in perfect condition, all spaces such as barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs, the sea view simply perfect, great place to bathe and have fun with the children, the leisure area of the condominium is very good, the pools are heated and the place is a delight. Another thing that caught my attention was the security of the condominium, they are always attentive to who arrives and who leaves, everything is very safe, all employees are very helpful and polite, I could not fail to congratulate our host Dante who left nothing to be desired, always very attentive and made us very comfortable, we felt at home during these days. Just to finish, the condominium is on the seafront with access to the beach, the place is perfect for swimming in the sea and walking at the end of the day, so for the next guests enjoy your stay!🙏🏻🌊?

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and organized, the atmosphere is very family-like, with a wonderful leisure area, including the restaurant whose menu is very good. The service provided by Francy was excellent.

Excellent apartment for families. I went with my husband and 2 children, it accommodated everyone well. Well-equipped kitchen, sufficient utensils. Very comfortable bath and sleep. Best location possible, literally in front of the beach park and the exclusive entrance to it. The condominium has excellent structure, a good restaurant with a fair price and recreation for children. We will definitely return more often!

We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for everyday life, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. Apt. with great location, sea view, super close to the pool and the food trucks. We had a problem with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms, and the next day they installed another brand new one. Tais always responded to me promptly and with a lot of education!

Pedro is outstanding!! It was very helpful and helped me from the beginning to the end of my stay. We love Henrique's apartment, it's beautiful, clean and organized. The safe and family atmosphere. The condominium has swimming pools for adults and children, areas with lawns and excellent access to the beach. To our pleasant surprise, we were lucky to participate in the condominium's June party, it was fun.

Very clean and easy to access, excellent location, has a supermarket in the A building that I thought was sensational, we will definitely come back other times.

I went with my family for the days of Carnival and we love it! From the beginning, communication with Wagner was very fast and good. I asked him to install shipowners because my grandfather does not sleep in bed and he has installed shipowners throughout the apartment. The condominium has a lot of structure and good restaurants, which made it very easy to eat these days that we were there. It also has a good gym, which pays R$10.00/day. The apt is also well equipped and had everything we need. Large rooms and bathrooms, all with air conditioning, which made everyone well accommodated. The location is great, the condominium gives access to the beach and on a short walk (~15-20 min), you can reach Beach Park. From apt to the beach it is necessary to walk a little inside the condominium, but nothing bad. Only if they have people with mobility issues, that was my case. It was with two elderly people over 90 years old and one physically disabled. So we rented a wheelchair before the trip for those moments.

Super recommend the accommodation, Dan and Vanessa are wonderful, always attentive and willing to always provide us with the best. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and organized, super close to beack Park, we walked there and to Vila Azul do Mar. My family and I had an amazing time there and even when we arrived at the apartment we were greeted with some treats. Dan and Vanessa are to be congratulated for all the organization and affection they receive their guests. I loved having stayed in her apartment these days. Here is my affection and gratitude for all the hospitality that was offered to us these days.
