The house is otima, close to the beach, a quiet, well-equipped and very safe place. Host Andressa, her husband and father very friendly and polite always willing to help, always in touch giving as much support as possible and responding to messages quickly. There's nothing to complain about, it was amazing! We will definitely return forever.

The house was extremely clean, the location is excellent, very close to the beach, 3 minutes on foot. The patio is large, our dogs enjoyed it a lot. There is a staircase that gives access to the terrace, the place is great to enjoy the sea and the sunrise.

As always, my favorite place!!! I've lost count of how many times I've been in this place… Best hosts… everything clean and wonderful As soon as we can we will be back

The house of Fabiano, is exelent, as well as in the photos and all that he described. It is a block and a half from the beach, a few blocks from the center. Clean, airy, with availability of chairs and support for loading them to the beach. Enough kitchen Utensilios. Well there's no way not to compliment. Even the unavailability of wi-fi previously described provided connectivity with nature, human interaction and favoring reading. Á, sleeping with the sound of the sea and waking up with the sea as the landscape of the bedroom window has already been worth what I invested.

Our stay was great! The apartment is cozy, well located and has met all our expectations. The only observation is in relation to the control of the gate, which presented a bit of difficulty to open and close. No mais, tudo perfect!

everything is excellent, however it is not possible to leave the car inside the building as informed, as there is a revived issue with the condominium that, according to the host, will be resolved. But far more praise than demerits. recommend

Excellent location, very new home, excellent accommodations, the 5 suites have air-conditioning. Lay out of the excellent house for a large group of people, cozy and practical. I recommend it to all.

Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

We loved the stay, everything as described and clean. Excellent condominium for those who want comfort and tranquility, especially with children. Several amenities such as the beach are just across the dunes, heated pool, indoor market, food truck on the weekend, among others. In addition to Onorina's good service, we will certainly return soon.

Host Jorge is very attentive and helpful. Respond quickly to questions. The house is quite spacious and served our family well. 9 adults (1 elderly) and 3 children. It has all the utensils to meet everyone's needs. The location is great. Close to the beach (5 short blocks), close to the market, butcher shop and bakery. In front of the residence there is a beautiful lake that is quite busy (people walking, fishing and drinking mate), but that does not interfere and does not disturb the people staying in the house. Internet and TV working well. The pool area is great. We used this space a little because the weather was cold (end of April) and the heating is solar and did not heat up enough. Negative points: Upon arriving at the house the floor was sticky and there was a musty smell because the house had probably been closed for quite some time. A quick clean-up was needed.

The stay was good, there was no noise in the neighborhood, the house is quite simple, but the lawn patio and the pool are very good, as well as being close to the beach.

The apartment has warm décor, offers comfort, is airy and is very organized and clean. The highlight is in the stunning view of the beach and the bar. The building is close to the beach and the Centro, located in the best place in Tramandaí. It is accessible for those who have decreased mobility, have a lift and an access ramp on the door. Our hospitality was brief but pleasant and quiet, corresponding to our expectation.

We loved our stay… house as described, excellent location, direct beach access, close to markets and downtown. Fabio was a great host, gave us directions to restaurants, responded very quickly and was flexible with check-in and check-out. Note 1000. We loved it.

We loved staying at Sandra's house. The house is fully complete, very comfortable, clean and organized. We were delighted with the house, the location is good and it's worth the 10-minute drive to the beach. We will definitely be coming back. Alexandra and Maicon are two very kind, warm and friendly people who were always available and attentive to solve any need that arose. The house was fully equipped with touches in every corner, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and in each bathroom there was a special liquid soap. The experience was very pleasant for everyone, the house is located close to a very nice and quiet spa. The center is not far away and you can go anywhere by Uber. In short, a great place to spend beautiful moments :)

The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

The apartment is the same as the photos. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, making us feel at home. The location is also great, as it is one block from the beach and has markets on the corner. Clarice responded super fast and was helpful with our stay. We would definitely come back.
