The townhouse is cozy and accessible, with a ground-floor en-suite integrated into the garden, perfect for the elderly. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The beach has kiosks, ideal for meals and drinks during the day.

Smart TV, Wi-Fi throughout the house. Nespresso machine, you need to bring capsules. Excellent location, markets, pharmacies, restaurants and health center nearby.

Refuge facing the sea and mountains

Our space was designed as a place of refuge and welcome. We are 10 km from the first beach of Ubatuba and 30 km from Ilha Bela. It is possible to walk to Cocanha Beach, which is excellent for children, and 3.5 km to the beautiful Mococa Beach, with its river and sea of crystal-clear waters. The view from the balcony is a spectacle, as you can see from the photos. The beach in front is rocky, not recommended for swimming. There is no air-conditioning and we do not offer bed linen or bath towels.
