Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Praia do Leme

The house is very spacious. The pool area, barbecue and garden was excellent for family gatherings. The caretaker (sorry, but I forgot his name) was very helpful and friendly. He brought the goats to visit us and even offered to milk them on the spot. One thing to note is that the garage only fits one car. If there's more than one car, the others should stay on the street. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The location was very useful for a party at the Carioca Mansion in Alto da Boa Vista. The house is surrounded by the Atlantic forest and its inhabitants always appear there - monkeys, coatis, various birds and mosquitoes as well (it is important to bring repellent).

It's not just a home. It's a home! We feel the love that the owners deposit in the place. We were very well received, the space is excellent (exactly as advertised). Host is very attentive and responsive. The stay was perfect.

The place is amazing!! it's in a breathtaking location with a great view. i really enjoyed my time here. you might even see monkeys. make sure to book a taxi when going to the home and make sure you have your necessities as it is naturally a difficult area to get to. but Pontal even found me a ride when I needed on quickly. great host. I would stay again!

Loved our stay at Leonardo's. The house is very cozy and comfortably hosted 8 people (I think it can accommodate up to 10) with 4.5 bathrooms. The patio outside is completely blocked from outside access and the pool was really nice. The property manager was very helpful and responsive and came to clean the pool on the second day. The house is half a block away from the beach and kiosque which was really nice.

We stayed at Adam's place for almost 2 months. We are really glad we chose to stay where we did as it has the best views and we got to see plenty of monkeys every morning. The apartment is well set up for short or long stays and although it is technically in a favela, it is safe - that's coming from someone who spent weeks 21-28 of pregnancy there. Adam and Saulo do a lot for the community and you can feel that their guests are well respected in the neighborhood. The apartment itself was comfortable, wifi worked great, and it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were always helpful and proactive when we needed something as well. Since the place is higher up (for great views), we found it was easy to take the shuttle bus which was just 5 reais. You can also take a motor bike for the same price. We often just walked down to street level which took 15 mins and up which took 20-25 mins. There is a great hike nearby and a fab cafe and supermarket just 5 mins walk!

Great host and the location can't be beat. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb because it's central to everything, from the beach to the bars and restaurants.

You can live, but there are nuances. Very friendly, but difficulties with transport accessibility.

The stay was great, Mauro was always very helpful, he met our requests. It was a little hard to find the apartment, but after you find it, it's fine. Close to the beach, bars, markets, bakery…. You can do everything on foot. I loved staying there and would definitely come back more often

I found our stay peaceful, a clean and cozy environment a little far from the places but the pleasant atmosphere I loved the pool and wonderful view the apartment several accommodations that I loved I would have liked to have stayed longer to enjoy, despite the unforeseen events at the time of our arrival and the delay in the delivery of the Apt, we were well received, Mr. Neves was always attentive to us and was very kind in making us comfortable in the building to enjoy the leisure area of the condominium, certainly on our next trip to RJ we will want to stay at this ARBNB again!

Excellent apartment, very clean, very full kitchen. The unbeatable location just three blocks away from Copacabana. The Host is always available, great attention. The only thing to consider is that in the common areas there is no air conditioning, and in two of the pieces the noise of the air conditioners is very loud and it can cost to fall asleep.

maria was super attentive, helpful and polite. the ape is super well located, clean, organized. The kitchen is more for small meals, but the apartment has accommodated the 5 people well.
