Fit as described! Very clean, new, spacious, super ventilated, perfect air-conditioning and with a wonderful balcony. Hostess Edivalda is extremely attentive, polite and ready to solve any unforeseen event. It was a great stay and I look forward to returning soon.

Excellent stay! All very organized, clean, all new equipment. The Matheus host is always requesting and with an extremely quick return, as well as great sympathy and joy in serving the guests. I'm already scheduling a new return. the Condominium is also very good for relaxing or having fun.

The house is very beautiful and very cozy, not to mention that it is as in the photos completely new and renovated environment, it is perfect for accommodating large families. For those who want a more discreet place is great because it is not on the edge of the runway, the environment is a little hot but has fans to soften the heat, on the other hand it has a large leisure area with barbecue and swimming pool to entertain the family. I want to congratulate the host for the speed in the messages and the support given throughout my stay.

Paulo's space is excellent, the apartment is very beautiful and organized. It has all the amenities that are expected from a house and the condominium is very well equipped. The apartment is extremely fresh and the place accommodates a family of up to 8 people very well, as it has structure for this. Only one point to alert, if you are having a barbecue, you need to take what you will need because the city is a little distant and it may happen that you don't find what you need for it in the area. No more, excellent host, I recommend it to everyone!

The accommodation is wonderful, everything is clean, organized. The house is well equipped, with all the utensils available. Full water and gas tank, pool cleaned daily. We were greeted with chocolates, questions were answered promptly! The neighborhood is quiet, access is easy, no mosquitoes. My family and I love it and we are recommending it to everyone!

My Mom and I stayed for 8 days on April/25 and the hosting met our needs.

I enjoyed the stay.. Some adjustments that should be made with maintenance, as it was informing the host and he super understood, and thanked the feedback, I liked the space, the breadth and the calm.. i'll soon return!

The house is even more beautiful in person. Everyone loved it and it was hard to leave. We had wonderful days and we intend to return, because a week is too little in this paradise. Our whole experience was wonderful: the house is captivating, very well maintained, with beautiful decor and a very complete kitchen with all the utensils you need for everyday life, the beach at the door is very clean and with its warm waters, Lopes and Fábio (caretaker) are always helpful and concerned about our well-being and the city with kind, attentive and polite people. I want to drop everything here in Mato Grosso and go live there!!kkkk. Walking through the little streets around the house, going to have an açaí at the kiosks on the central street... I miss it... Anyway, if you want a quiet place, with a lot of privacy (the house has no neighbors on both sides), safe, familiar and cozy, you won't regret staying at Lopes' house.

The house is super spacious, well equipped, cool, receiving the sea breeze that is steps away. A very quiet, almost private place, super clean, nice neighborhood, a great place to rest and gather friends and family. Anselmo is very quick to respond, kind, gave great tips and clear information. I'll definitely be back.

We liked the house very much, everything as the host described. The house served us very well, very spacious, very good pool, very good location, and organized condo, beautiful and very quiet. Some unforeseen events occurred during the hosting, but even though it was not the host's fault, he promptly resolved, always replying to my messages, and going to the house to answer us quickly. The host is very attentive and solicitous. Anyway, recommend it, and I will return at the next opportunity.

The apartment is large and comfortable, the condominium has a wonderful pool that on the weekends has a bar and music. Place for those looking for tranquility, on Mondays everything is closed, trade works from Tuesday to Sunday. Hostão responds super fast and is very helpful. Super recommend!
