The house is wonderful. As described! There is cleaning on site. The beach is within walking distance. Very beautiful condominium.

100% recommended! The best view from the balcony, the sunsets, listening to the sound of the sea at night is priceless. The apartment is clean, with the services as described and Guto always responding immediately! I would definitely come back.

Great location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just call the entrance.

Beautiful inn, better than in the photos, 10 out of 10, everything is very clean and organized. We loved it, very close to downtown and the Rodoviaria. We did all our activities on foot, we would definitely come back. 100% recommended.

No wonder this was our third stay with Luciana. It probably won't be the last. The apartment is very clean, fragrant, super well-equipped with everything we need (and more). Located extremely close (within walking distance) to Orla Bardot and Rua das Pedras, which makes it a lot easier. We easily found restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores nearby. It is also very easy to walk to some beaches, including some beautiful ones (Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes).

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and his brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. I will recommend and return to Diego's house with pleasure.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. We had a very pleasant 5 days! Thank you!

The place is very well equipped and everything was clean. My family and I love the house. Bruna was flexible with check-in time and helped with one thing or another that was missing.

Francisca and her husband were in charge of our breakfast and house cleaning, they were super welcoming and always available for us. We loved and super enjoy our stay at Tiagos place! Excellent stay. Everything as shown in the images and descriptions. Diana responded quickly, nothing was missing, everything was fine. Maneuvering the car into the garage is complicated if the car is large, but we were able to leave it at the entrance to the garage, so there were no problems. At worst, the street is very quiet, so there are no problems staying there either. Tucuns is very peaceful, the sea is a little rougher because it is open sea, but it guarantees excellent tranquility. recommend the stay.

The place is beautiful, with a privileged location and direct access to the beach, ideal for resting and enjoying the natural environment. We moved around by car and the distances were accessible: both downtown and other beaches were about 15-20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We'll definitely be back.

A very good apartment! A beautiful balcony. A couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and an umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The guys at the front desk are super friendly!! They let us check in early! They respond right away, which is very good !!!!!! Thank you! Excellent stay!!!

The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very attentive, in addition to having left treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
