Was a great choice. Beautiful inside and clean. View to ocean was spectacular. Very good air conditioning and plenty of hot water. If I ever come back this will be my first choice.

Paulo’s apartment is very beautiful and spotless with great crispy clean towels. The location and the views are really awesome. Paulo is a super host, he provided great recommendations on places to eat. We tried them all and all were fantastic. Paulo goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy. The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable. Very well equipped, everything you need for your stay is available. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of nature. The beach is spectacular. The hosts were great, check-in was super flexible and so was check-out, our flight was delayed a few hours on our return and we were able to stay without any problem. Thank you Tathi for everything!! Great recommendations for places to have breakfast :D I would definitely go back. If you consider that it is far from everything. It's what we were looking for: tranquility and security. But for some, it may be far away. You have to get around by car or taxi. We love that feature.

Our stay was great, Monica was very requested from the first moment. We were surprised by a complimentary cake at checkin, a gesture of much kindness and affection from the hostess. The apartment is well clean, with a well integrated living room and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The rooms and bathtub are good. We had a great weekend in space!

Andre was a truly amazing host. He lives nearby and treated us more like friends than guests. We were even invited to his birthday party — an unforgettable and authentic dive into Brazilian culture. The home is located about 1.5 kilometers up a rocky dirt road, with a 300-meter elevation gain — which probably makes a huge difference during the hot season. The views of the granite mountains are stunning, and you really feel immersed in nature. Monkeys are frequent guests There are fantastic hiking trails nearby, including one that leads to a waterfall, and I especially recommend the trail to Chinesa Vista — one of the most breathtaking views of the city from above. It’s about a 30-minute walk each way and a great little workout

It was great, the house is bigger than in the photos. The location was chosen because it was close to an event and it was very easy to get in and out. The house is huge, cozy and well-equipped. I recommend it.

Simply the best stay I've ever had at an Airbnb rented property. It not only surprised at the speed of response, when at the front desk. I traveled with a group of friends and upon arriving at the house, Jorge spent a long time introducing us all, showing every detail and the house was impeccable. In addition, he sent several tips of places to go and went with us in useful trades in the region. Great Beds, brand-new bedding, extremely smelling house and the space as a whole very organized and beautiful. I had no problem and because it is Rio de Janeiro, the region is extremely safe, quiet and beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend staying with him and getting to know the region, which is further away from all the hustle and downtown area. Perfect for those who want to rest and enjoy a break/vacation. Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Very nice apartment, in front of the Olympic Park. Wide, clean space. Equipment in good condition, without reservations. José Luiz's cordiality in welcoming me for check-in stood out. Extremely easy communication. I recommend it.

I just want to say, as a solo, young, female traveler (who speaks zero portuguese), i felt VERY safe and comfortable here, with the location and with the host. he was extremely helpful and responded fast. the place is the perfect location to walk to bars, restaurants, beaches, and to be picked up from uber right in front (uber comes within 1 minute after ordering!) HIGHLY recommend. the place gives very bachelor vibes, in the best way possible. very high-tech as well, but user-friendly. LOVE rio and will stay here again when i come back!
