Excellent from the dealings with the host to check-out. The apartment is exactly as in the listing, very well equipped and with all the amenities listed (bed linens, bath, kitchen items, cleaning, towels for use in the pool/beach and beach kit at no additional cost). The area is great, literally on top of Paris 6, with a market, drugstore and bakery very close by. And finally the balcony, with a perfect view of the sea, sleeping with the sound of the waves is non-negotiable. Thank you very much, we will certainly come back other times.

Thiago's apartment is wonderful! Very clean and with everything you need for a great stay. The space is very cozy and well arranged, we felt at home. Thiago was very attentive and helpful, he left everything ready and gave all the necessary information about the check-in, check-out and information about the building's facilities. It was all very quick and easy. His friendly hospitality contributed to a great experience and it's one of the best Airbnbs I've ever been to.

The stay was perfect, Host Daniel kindly gave us the correct instructions. The place is very clean, the linens are impeccable and very tidy. A fragrant bathroom, a clean kitchen equipped with the basic utensils we needed. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back more often!! 😍

sensational, spacious house, very comfortable, everything brand new, wonderful condominium, what a top structure. We will definitely be back, the children loved it, children's play area, great for running and cycling, 10 min. pleasant walk to the beach and the club has everything, gym, 3 swimming pools and soccer fields. Ayres.. What a great stay. We have felt very much at home here and comfortable. Everything was clean and Ayres helped us well with everything. He took us to the local bakery and helped us order food when we arrived very late the first night. A lovely man, with a lovely family. we would definitely recommend!

Monica was very hospitable and we were very comfortable since the reception. She is very fine people, she has a good conversation and has given us several stays about locomotion and what to do in the Flamengo region. The house is in a very charming and super safe villa. It's near the subway and has a good variety of buses. A find! The room that was made available to me is large, has a comfortable bed, air-conditioned and a bathroom in front, which only my friend and I use. Super recommend staying with her!!!

We love the place! It's faithful to the ad, very pleasant environment, close to Riocentro. Very well located, clean, structured. Julia gave great tips, she is extremely attentive. I will definitely return.

The place is great. Easy to find, well located between Barra and Recreio and the building has several amenities, such as a swimming pool, spa, sauna and restaurant/bar, as well as a market. The space itself is very clean, large and has a great bed. The owner, Elaine, is always available and left everything great in the reservation.

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

The apartment was very good, comfortable with good facilities and internet. It was in a good location for us and the cafe downstairs was good too. I would recommend staying here and we would definitely return!
