We intend to return when we come to Paraty again, the accommodation was perfect, the host is super helpful, responds quickly and is available. The place itself is a few minutes from the historic center and is very tidy and clean, my girlfriend and I loved it.

Adriana is a wonderful host who takes care of every detail in the accommodation, making the space cozy and comfortable. The location is great and you don't need a car to visit the historic center. I highly recommend it.

Romain's house is beautiful and the location is excellent, the walk is really very short, from the parking lot indicated to the house it is a 5-minute walk through a very quiet passage, a small part of it is on the sand and a good part of it is on cement. It is a very large house, the rooms are separate from the social area, this makes it very easy in everyday life, if someone wants to sleep earlier, the rest can continue talking and having fun without disturbing. There is a small beach down the deck of the house and it was quite empty the days I was in the house. Be sure to visit Praia das Bicas, simply sensational and you can walk, a little longer, but nothing too much. Gal, who welcomed us, was always available and helped us with what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this magical place. It’s basic and an escape from modern life - don’t expect modern luxuries but it’s perfectly comfortable and we loved being there. We were lucky enough to see turtles, monkeys and a wide array of birds while there and the views of the ocean and surrounding islands are stunning. Claudia (the housekeeper) is helpful and a good cook, and we made the easy journey to Paraty one night for dinner with thanks to the boat service available. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the information provided.

Place more than special! The view of the house is a chapter by itself, as well as sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea. Plus, everything super clean and according to your listing description. We'll be back for sure!!

Very spacious house, comfortable beds and excellent location considering the cost of the accommodation. The only thing that could be better is the water pressure in the shower, but this in no way hindered the experience. Iria was very helpful. We would certainly come back.

Simply incredible, impossible to describe the beauty, the impeccable house, a wonderful visit, the great beach for bathing, Silvia a friendliness, Rogério the homemade, always available to help. For 4x4 lovers the way is a great adventure, but very quiet, we went with children and a 3-month-old baby. We will definitely be back.

Despite having houses nearby, because it's in a condominium, we had no problems with noise. Impeccable cleanliness and organization. It was very worthwhile and I will recommend it to friends.

The place is amazing! The best thing is to have parking inside and not worry about anything else, with a short walk you will be in the center of Paraty to get lost in the streets and take the main tours, the house is in the middle of a beautiful garden and silence reigns! Very comfortable bed, the house was clean and you can prepare breakfast with all the utensils available. The view from the bathroom is awesome! I recommend staying at Ernesto's house.

I stayed once again at this house. I love the location near the beach and situated in a cozy villa. The place is clean and communication with Jussara is easy. I will definitely be staying another time.

The location is excellent, for those who like to be in contact with nature and silence, it is a sure choice! And in addition, it is close to the Paraty Center and some sights!
