Clean and organized apartment, exactly as in the photos, Ponta Verde is the best place to stay.

My family and I loved our stay at Fillipe's apartment. The view is incredible from every room in the apartment, we could see the sunrise from the balcony. Everything was clean, rooms with air-conditioning and a wonderful view. Fillipe was always attentive and responded very quickly, he was very flexible about check-in and check-out times. At the entrance, it's very peaceful too, attentive doormen. You can do everything around the apartment, great location with a supermarket, shopping, gas station all nearby, even for those who need to rent a car, Localiza is in front of the apartment. We'll have our little corner in Maceió when we return again.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable. The photos are a reflection of what you will find. Very well located, close to the beach. The neighborhood of Jatiuca is very nice and safe, with all the necessary businesses. For us, the lock with a key was very useful, so as not to depend on the keys to enter.

The apartment is well located and Gleydson has always given us accurate and quick information through WhastApp. It was a very quiet stay.

I spent the weekend with my family, staying at Monique's apartment. Clean apartment, super cozy, very well decorated and comfortable, exactly as advertised. Well-equipped kitchen, with everything we needed. Bed and bath linens are clean and in great condition. Monique is very polite, attentive and helpful. She gave us several tips for restaurants and tours. Very good condominium, on the seafront and the staff are super attentive and polite. I really enjoyed it and I intend to return to Barra de São Miguel soon. I highly recommend Monique's apartment.

Villas do Pratagy is a beautiful place, great to come with the family, the children loved too much, especially the pool.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

It's been an amazing time at that place. I loved it when I saw that there was a baby feeding chair and a little grocery store, my baby enjoyed it a lot. Very beautiful and comfortable house, structured condominium with a beautiful view. We just miss a clothesline and towel rack in the bathrooms.

Casa Manai is very comfortable ,well decorated and fully equipped. We spent wonderful days always feeling the refreshing breeze that circulates throughout all environments.Deciding to the sea or enjoying the balance of the net in the garden or refreshing itself in the pool or in the jacuzzi…what was not lacking were pleasant things to enjoy the holidays in the best way. Matheus and his mother were extremely helpful. Finally, the house is not only walls and floor,it is port,it is dream ,it is a heart.

Ana's home is exactly as advertised “ dreamy.” Excellent location, cozy house, fabulous layout for a family coexistence.....all the best. In addition, Ana's tips and care with her guests is out of order. I highly recommend it.

The stay is exactly as the photos show. There's no secret, you can go without fear. The employee Leila is very attentive and helpful with questions, always attentive to the phone. The pool is the perfect size for the number of guests the house accommodates, as is the sauna. The rooms are comfortable. Clean Jacuzzi and working perfectly well. The location is very good, close to the beach and it is possible to walk. The surroundings have some streets that are not yet paved (which is totally common in beach regions) but this does not detract from the beauty of the stay. I recommend the stay without fear.
