Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia de Lages

We stayed for 7 days on Airbnb and had a super pleasant experience. The apartment is extremely complete, equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need: set of pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls and even leisure items, such as a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and barbecue. This allowed us to enjoy special moments cooking at home. The hospitality part is also impeccable: very soft linens and towels, bathrobes available and, in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryer. The place was very clean, the pool was at the ideal temperature and the beach was just a few steps away — a perfect combination. Some tips: it is worth going by car, as the condominium is not close to the center and there are few restaurants nearby. The nearest and most complete market, the Mercado do Inho, is about 2 km away. All the staff were attentive, with quick responses and everything was very well organized. Note 10!

The place is quiet and very beautiful. The swimming pool, sauna and beach access are great. Ideal place to rest, since there is not much movement on the street and on the beach.

The beach in front of the condominium is great, especially at low tide. And the neighboring beach, which is Bitingui beach, is simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and heavenly place. Carla is a superhost!!! Always kind and attentive. Only gratitude!

If you are imagining waking up to the sound of the sea and opening the window with sunrise, this is the place. The house is in front of the beach, separated only by a gate and a few steps. Already from the pool it is possible to look at the sea. The house is inside a condo with 3 more units nearby but it is possible for each one to have their place. There are 3 complete suites and one more bedroom with bathroom underneath, equipped kitchen, barbecue, chair to take to the beach and if you still want the TH stall that is on the beach delivers snacks in the house for you to enjoy the day at the pool. The region of Praia de Sao Bento is still very local, with little for tourists, but it is possible to find a supermarket, farmacia and go to the restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

I really liked Gilma's reception, she provided a flexible check-in, which helped us a lot. Excellent location. I recommend it.

We had a great stay at Sandra's place, the location is wonderful and the photos reflect exactly what the house is. Sandra was extremely available throughout our stay, and her employees made the experience even better. I highly recommend the house!

We love the stay. The house is on the sand, on a beautiful, quiet and little bustling beach even at the time of New Year's Eve. And nearby, to dining options. Very good for those who, like us, travel with children. The house has 4 comfortable suites, a swimming pool and a barbecue pit.

This stay is absolutely recommended! We were 6 in the house - including one child - and the house was perfect for us: with plenty of space and complete amenities, comfortable & clean rooms, and a gorgeous shared area (outdoor kitchen, beautiful pool, etc).Allan was super clear and proactive, and Ana was a highlight for us, helping make us feel at home and safe in this house! I truly hope I can come back one day - the only bad part was leaving!

Our stay at the Oka house was excellent. Both Larissa and the girls supporting the house were wonderful. The House is perfect, as well as in the description. As for the location, it was as I expected... I didn't want to leave the house for anything. The sea bath, special. For those who have children, when the tide is low, to walk and bathe in the pools that form in front of the house. Near the house there is a village that has a restaurant and shops that are an excellent option for night. Finally, it fulfilled exactly what I was looking for: rest and renewal of energies. I highly recommend.

I would like to put on record how wonderful our stay at this beach house was. The atmosphere is cozy, well-kept and perfect for days of rest with comfort and tranquility! The house is exactly like in the photos!!! But what really made the difference was the care and dedication of dear Zani and Erica. Always attentive, they welcomed us with affection, keeping everything impeccable and pampering us with delicious meals. Their presence made our experience even more special. In and I really enjoyed the listing! Beautiful, nicely decorated, cozy. The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything in the drawers and cabinets, from cleaning items to cooking and table setting items. Everything very clean and neat. It is well located, access is very simple. It is not necessary to take any dirt roads and it is on the main road. Even on the main road, it's very quiet. The condominium is very nice: it has a swimming pool, garage and a simple gym, as well as outdoor tables and chairs for meals and snacks in an open space, if necessary. Although there is a swimming pool in the condominium, it is very quiet and you can't hear the children playing in the pool when you are inside the studio. Japaratinga is really cool! With quiet beaches all year round, calm waters even at high tide. There are good restaurant options nearby. I recommend PizzaMia for dinner! Check-in and check-out were very easy to do and the listing photos match what we saw.

Spectacular accommodation. All very clean and organized. The apartment is very beautiful, the internal space is great and the decoration is very good. Everything with a new and functional face. The bed and the pillows are excellent. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts are concerned about making the environment as good as possible. I felt at home. It is well worth eating in the nearby pizzeria. To be "O" paradise, it was only necessary to be closer to the beach and have a stronger water pressure in the bathrooms. But the stay was 5 stars. I highly recommend and would stay again if you return a day.

The beach on the front, perfect! When dry, give for a good walk. And dry or full, the sea bath is wonderful! It also has two nearby beach stalls with delicious food. What a beautiful apartment! Very functional and even had a washing machine. Detail for bedding! Extreme quality. Equipped with 5 star hotels. Bed also very comfy! Maressa always kind in the questions we asked!Very quiet condominium. Especially for those who have children.

The place is very close to the beach and from what we notice the best location of the region. We are happy to have chosen this accommodation!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, wonderful condominium, well maintained, practically private. Supermarket nearby and a grocery store at the condominium's door, the carpenter's center with shops and restaurants is also very close. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, clean linens, new utensils, but the windows were extremely dirty, even making a bad impression on arrival. The house near the others in the condominium is simple and with little decoration, there are better cared for and more beautiful ones. The landlord asked Mr. José (responsible for the house) to contact us on the penultimate day, saying that the gardener warned him that we had trampled on the plants, that he could imagine how it was inside his house, detail that there were no plants in the house, only some very poorly cared seedlings, the gardener was bad and wanted to blame us. It was very annoying and ended up ruining the mood, because I have great ratings in all the properties I have rented and I always take care of the cleanliness and care in the properties.
