Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decor and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good beach huts near the apartment's street. The host was super helpful, sending directions, which were visited and really worth it. When I return to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

This apartment was great! The view is more than spectacular! We spent a lot of time there on the balcony admiring the sea and the beach. It's a huge free view that made our trip even cooler. Other than that, everything worked perfectly, from the furniture, appliances, concierge... It was the best choice we could have made and the cost benefit is ten to zero in any hotel. It has everything! Market, bars, restaurants... It is also very close to Tabajaras Street, which has many options at night. Anyway, it was a great find. If we ever return to Fortaleza, we will definitely stay there again!

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.
