Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia de Guarajuba

We spent a weekend at the Vila Odoya condominium and loved the experience! The place is beautiful, well maintained and very well located. Host Aline was super attentive, always available and gave us great tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

The space is well maintained and the furniture and utensils are all new. It has good towels, a clothesline, and a well-functioning shower. The sofa bed is very comfortable and spacious. The air conditioners were working well, but the machines are on top of the bedroom window, which generates a little noise, but only for those who have a sensitive sleep. The condominium is also very well maintained and is very close to the beach. On the beach, we recommend Barraca do Camilo. It's not the best known, but it's great. The whole experience in the city was very good.

The condominium is excellent, the pool area is very well maintained, with the option of restaurant service on site, in front of the beach, with a children's playground. Excellent option for traveling with children. The accommodation has an excellent location, overlooking the beach and very close to the pool area and playground. The kitchen is a little small, but it's functional. We missed a laundry room, but it wasn't a problem. The bedroom TV did not connect to streaming apps. Excellent option with children.

It was our second time staying at Priscilla's apartment, and once again we had a wonderful experience! She is a very considerate host and always willing to help. The apartment is simply charming: comfortable, spacious, well maintained, and impeccably clean and organized. The condominium offers an excellent leisure area. I recommend without hesitation!

Márcia was very helpful with the answers and directions, in addition to a warm welcome! The apartment is perfect for those who want the beach with the comfort of being able to return home for lunch or a more comfortable place like the pool area. It is important to remember that to go to the market and shopping center a car is necessary. The apartment is small but very cute, clean and cozy.

Despite the rainy season that disturbed a lot, the location of the property greatly facilitated our commute to the village, restaurants, church, etc... The apartment, very well equipped, fully satisfied our needs. At another time, if possible, I intend to rent the same apartment.

Ideal apartment for a couple with small children, as it is "inside" P. do Forte, allowing all travel on foot. The leisure area has a nice pool and wonderful views. The doormen are very friendly and the condominium has an elevator and market carts, which makes it easy with luggage.

We exceeded our expectations, we were in total 13 people, the house super meets, has everything that an inhabited house has, everything working perfectly, comfortable house, quiet village, we were in love with Guarajuba! Super indico, perfect place! Aline super dedicated service, gave us tranquility and security, a super host, our hosting was perfect! We will return with ctz!

Fernanda and family's space is better than the photos and descriptions. Located in a quiet and pleasant condominium, the house has an excellent common and living area. The pool is quiet, with a beach (a shallower part) that was great for the kids, with umbrellas that provided pleasant shade. Space with barbecue, beer and freezer that provided convenience. The room with a comfortable TV is a wine cellar (we do not use it) connected to the dining room. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, although some of them could be renovated. The rooms had fully functioning air-conditioning. Apart from the pool area with a balcony and barbecue, the highlight was the recommendation of Dona Gildete, who took good care of our family and the house during the stay. He prepared breakfast, lunch and even gave local tips. Excellent! I also highlight the presence of Zaque, the pool attendant, who took care of the garden almost every day. Great experience. We plan to return

The house is definitely beautiful and well furnished. Wonderful staff (Marluce and Chef Peu) and concierge (Danielle) . The gated community is upscale and the surroundings are beautiful. The gated community provides excellent security and amenities. Supermarket and drugstore within walking distance from the gate and the Village is very easy to go and visit. The beach is not as close and is not great from swimming especially for kids as it sort of unexplored but there are plenty of beaches nearby to explore. All in all a great experience.

Our stay was impeccable! The house offers a true standard of luxury, with high-end finishes, elegant decor and an extremely comfortable atmosphere. The gourmet space and the pool are a highlight in themselves. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and very well equipped, providing peaceful and comfortable nights of sleep. The condominium is safe and has a complete infrastructure with: swimming pool, fitness center, sports courts and leisure areas for all ages. Despite all the glamor, the great differential of our stay was the cook Cléia. She gave us the best dining experience we've ever had on a trip. Each meal was made with affection, flavor and care, we felt pampered and special, an exceptional professional, she treated us like children with a rare dedication to be found.

My family and I were very happy to host in the home of Sérgio and Daine . All very clean , well decorated house, cozy atmosphere , very beautiful and quiet condominium... a very suitable place for families . We were treated very well by hosts who have made themselves available to resolve any situation. We intend to come back more often . Valeu very apene ,I highly recommend!

The house is very well equipped and in a great location. The very beautiful and safe condominium. Nearby there are pharmacies, markets and access to Guarajuba beach is very close. The house is beautiful and has new air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. I and my family like it very much. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Cleraldo's house. The condo village was very secure and lovely including amenities. The house was a 7 minute walk down a private path to a private entrance at the beach (and there were beach chairs at the house!). The house itself is beautifully appointed. We gathered for a family reunion and it was perfect for several families of all generations (including two queen beds downstairs for the older folks). We truly enjoyed eating together on the patio and everyone enjoyed playing in the pool. And, while we rarely wanted to leave the house, we did ride into town on the bikes (about a 10 min ride). Overall, it was perfect. Thank you! A special thank you to Dani who kept keep the place in order each day. She was wonderful!

The place is fabulous, very clean, safe, quiet, and with a perfect structure, parking, giant pool, sauna, and ice machine. The apartment is complete, equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella available and the marmosets always came to say good morning. Things we weren't used to compared to other Airbnbs are paying for the energy and bedding. Otherwise, we had a good stay, very clean and revitalized beach.

The location and the house is wonderful. All the condominium staff were very helpful and attentive. Ana let us come in early and leave later, which was almost an extra day for us to enjoy. Thank you, very, very grateful. Wonderful experience

The apartment is great! Charming, organized, super complete and well cared for! Situated in a new condominium, extremely organized and very beautiful. The high point for the landscaping of the condominium and the very kind and friendly staff. The pool area is also beautiful with two barbecue kiosks. Just a detail, the Vilage is not exactly “foot in the sand”. To access the eh beach I need to leave the main gate and walk about 300 meters. Ana was so kind and thoughtful! We spent a wonderful weekend! Super recomento!!

great stay, Líbia attended us with great affection from the first contacts to the checkout, the condominium I already knew. but Líbia's apartment is top, very clean the air conditioners and refrigerators as everything in the description working perfectly.

Clean cozy place, everything we had the need in the kitchen had the equipment , close to Praia de Guarajuba . Nearby Market and restaurant until satisfactory . Impeccable house like the listing .

The apartment is very cozy and faces the sea!!! City has exceeded all expectations!! Very well-kept condominium and very attentive receptionists, they even gave us coconuts straight from the tree!
