Organized, clean and extremely pleasant apartment. The outdoor area is very good to enjoy with the family and has great view! Everything worked well, the communication with the host was open, quick and kind. The site is surrounded by restaurants, shops and shops. The beach is in front of the building, just across the street, I'll definitely come back other times.

The apartment is exactly as described and pictured in the listing! All rooms are comfortable, the room with a single bed is very small but has closets and the beds are comfortable. We were delighted with Bombinhas, it is a beautiful and extremely clean beach. We will definitely be back, as we loved the apartment and the condominium.

Everything was exactly, as in the pictures, beautiful and cozy apartment, close to all the beautiful beaches of bombs, calm condominium and with great staff, we would definitely be renting again.

We loved the stay, we will definitely come back more often, it is very worth it.

Only negative point: not offering bed linens and towels. And the fact that there was construction right outside our window, but since we weren't at the Airbnb, we didn't feel it so much. Great location, wonderful location, beautiful decor and very nice lighting, with a washing machine that helps a lot! The host is amazing, proactive, helped a lot and with a reception like this there was no way we could not have a bad experience! We love and we will return for sure.

Townships great instructions. Building structure is amazing tbm. We use the gym and air-conditioned pools. Super family atmosphere. The location is amazing too, the structure of the building has pharmacy and shops. In 2’min you are on the beach. The building's staff are very friendly as well.

Great location, very well organized and clean place, only problem was with the parking spaces I had to exchange twice due to other users parking in the wrong spot, I believe it would be ideal to better instruct at the check-in time so as not to have these types of problems, but the hotel is great!

Excellent stay. The condominium has 3 swimming pools (one heated and two not heated), gym and dry sauna. The apartment has a very large and comfortable bed, gas shower and barbecue with a good balcony, overlooking the pool. The host was very attentive, fulfilling all my requests for changes and answering questions promptly. Recommend! Great!

Beautiful apartment and place...quiet to relax and if you take a few blocks you have the whole move for who likes to be more active. Carlos who attended us in the real estate agency super friendly and very good disposition...luckily we don't need to communicate at all...only the day we were going to know how to probe to deliver the keys...we would come back without a doubt...the apt. has everything you need

Perfect studio in a great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with a well-equipped gym and a leisure area with a pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining your workout routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Me and my husband took a week to stay in bombs, and we love the apt of Viviane, all extremely clean and organized. She always responds super fast. We take great advantage of the leisure area with cold pools, hot, sauna and the gym. For sure when we get back there I want to stay in the same apartment. Many thanks Viviane.

Super recommended. Fabian is a genius who was always available, making everything very easy. He gave us all the necessary information to get there and waited for us to give us a tour of the whole place. Afterwards, he was always available for whatever we needed. Regarding the apartment, it is super comfortable and everything works. It is very conveniently located, with everything you need available

I went with my family and we LOVED it. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and the condominium is beautiful and quiet. Fabio was always willing to help and made sure that the air conditioning in the living room and the washing machine were fixed for our stay. We would also like to thank Larissa for showing us around the place and being willing to answer our questions. The place was super clean and honestly, I felt right at home! You can tell that Fabio's family puts a lot of love into their home. We'll definitely be back next year. If you're considering staying here and still have doubts, DON'T THINK ABOUT IT ANYMORE. You won't regret it. :)

Extremely clean and well-organized house. Very cozy Note: one of the bedrooms is separate from the house, requiring you to go outside to access the bathroom.

Our stay was very good. On arrival we had a small mishap with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms and Joseane was extremely helpful and quick to resolve the issue. Very well located place and very complete house. We recommend for sure!

Our experience was great! The house corresponds very well to what is advertised, and Ana is a dear, super helpful and quickly responded to what was necessary. The house is large, clean and organized, with all the items needed for a pleasant stay. The condominium is very good is also well located, with swimming pool, tennis court, and a mini market that saved us when we needed it. The only point I would leave as a suggestion would be to offer towels and bedding. Everything else was great. Come back for sure! 😊 Thank you Ana for the stay!

Excellent stay, very complete house, comfortable ideal for a family vacation. Very quiet and cozy place, nearby supermarket, pharmacies and beach. I recommend it 100%. The very friendly and attentive host.

The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the market, gym, beach and with great delivery options in the area. Access is easy and the neighborhood feels very safe. The house itself is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, with everything very clean and organized. The hair dryers are great, which made a big difference to the group. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but it is worth mentioning that, with only two bathrooms, it can get a little cramped. A highlight is also the large backyard, perfect for having fun and enjoying outdoor moments. The host was extremely kind, friendly and always very helpful. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The cottage is super complete, had everything we needed and was as advertised, check-in and check-out was very smooth, the concierge staff was very receptive and friendly. The cottage has a great space, even bigger than it looked in the photos. Eliana was very attentive and responded promptly to everything, it was a great stay.
