Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decor and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good beach huts near the apartment's street. The host was super helpful, sending directions, which were visited and really worth it. When I return to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

We stayed in this apartment for more than 2 weeks. Everything was perfect for us. Washing machine with tumble dryer worked great, so you didn't have to look for a laundry. Showers and air conditioning as well as all kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The beds + mattresses of both bedrooms are of high quality. We felt at home and almost didn't want to leave. TV in the living room and bedroom with many channels. Wi-fi works very well I recommend the home The resort is complete, very friendly staff and a very positive point was the possibility of entering the Beach Park before the general public. We went on a Monday and the park was quiet.

The house is rustic and is constantly visited by hummingbirds and other birds. We hear the sound of the sea early in the morning when we wake up. The location allows you to enjoy several attractions of the place. If you prefer, you can walk to the beach. I spent a stay with my family at the place and it was satisfactory. I intend to return.

Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful and clean rooms, as well as the bathrooms. Caseiro Leandro very solicitous. Beautiful place, one block from the beach. As we rented the carnival only what bothered us was the sound walls that ended at 9:30 pm, as the house is in the square where the party takes place. But nothing that would harm our wonderful stay and certainly on other dates is even better. On the whole we love and our family also the children had a lot of fun in the wonderful swimming pool and space of the house. We will definitely come back more often! Someone Without Fear!!!
