Ricardo's Tiny House is very clean and comfortable. It used the space efficiently with a nice flow. Ricardo was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in Manta Rota with its beautiful beach, only a 10 minute walk away. The Tiny House is on a quiet street, a few minutes from restaurants and a grocery store. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, everything easily accessible, on foot, by bike or car. Very quiet and relaxing. The tiny house is well furnished, the stairs are a small sporting challenge ( clear head!!!). Somewhat surprising was that the other tenants have to go through the courtyard into their apartment. A little disturbing. Everything else is very good!! Very good communication with the host!!!! Attentive and flexible, very helpful!!! Thank you!!!

This place is a gem. First, it is spacious and well laid out. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies (one quite large), a large living room, dining room and kitchen with its large kitchen table. Of course, the backyard is to die for. It has a pristine pool, lounge chairs, a sofa and an outdoor dining table. I spent a lot of time in that yard, and it was peaceful and tranquil. The kitchen is super well equipped, and one can make everything from a simple sandwich to a full blown meal there. How comfortable was this place? I found myself spending a lot of time next to the pool even though the beach is mere minutes from the house! it had everything I needed so I ended up spending a lot of time there, just chilling. The host and the manager were both super friendly and attentive. 5 stars all the way.
