Excellent place, information compatible with the reality of the place. It was very worth it.

The location is situated away from the busy city, yet only a couple blocks from the beach. The facility has a gym, outdoor pool, and even a convivence shop on location for quick pickup items. You can easily walk on the beach back to the town center with restaurants and convivence shops on the way. Uber is active and an inexpensive way for grocery, shopping or restaurants. Both bathrooms have hot water showers and the two bedrooms have electric shutters for nice dark sleeping. Your host are both kind and respectful in communication and information. Florianopolis is a delightful destination and you have found one of it's shiny pearls.

We were delighted to come back with the stay! Everything was clean, I had what you need (and more ) to spend great days! The umbrella, chairs, cart and games were very helpful! We were also provided with jars with water that is very valuable for the entire stay! The place is 300m from the lagoinha beach, but I want to emphasize that they are easy to walk, there are no climbs in the middle. The place is peaceful! We had a wonderful time!!! I also wanted to thank you that they were flexible with check-in since we arrived earlier and as we already had our apartment available, they gave us access without problems!! Thank you Terlei and your husband for their kindness and hospitality!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Very well located, the apartment is very organized and clean and has an amazing view. Everything went as described. Juliano always respected us very quickly. I recommend it to everyone.

Yamil is an EXCELLENT person, friendly, always available on WhatsApp and no problems. The place, the best in Lagoinha! The complex is on the beach, you go down directly to the sand. From bed to barefoot on the beach on an impeccable floor, a pool that's also amazing. But being on the beach and with umbrella and lounge chair service is ideal. Besides, you're away from all the hustle and bustle, it's more secluded and much better. The apartment was more than enough for us, it has 3 en-suite bedrooms, plus a small one with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom. Laundry room, service bathroom. A large kitchen with an integrated dining and living room. We always ate on the balcony, which is ideal and very nice. A real vacation! We'll book it every year...

The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you need, including chairs and an umbrella, it is located a few steps from the beach, in a very quiet area. Gustavo was very attentive and quickly answered all questions.

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful, clean, functional and comfortable! Renato is very good, kind and pleasant, willing to help you with whatever you need. The view is not even mentioned, too beautiful!! The kitchen had everything we needed, good beds and bedding, good showers, great features! The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, with a spectacular sunrise view. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Thanks for everything Amadeu - incredible host!

Excellent place, just like in the photos, Gabriel is a great host, he helped us a lot, we will definitely come back, close to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, I recommend renting a vehicle to visit the entire island, 10/10.

We travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and a quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs, which makes it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but that is just the impression given by the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and location were very good.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Just as Silvana showed in the photos, with all the necessary amenities, in addition to the game rooms, courts, pool, everything really wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised by the condominium's security measures, Uber transfers and the whole island in general, the receptionists were very friendly and attentive, especially Kennio. Silvana took care of all the necessary details to make our stay unforgettable. We'll definitely come back when we have the chance again.

It was an amazing experience, John's apartment is extremely comfortable, everything was clean, cozy and the view of the beach is the most beautiful thing. I loved it; and I will definitely come back more often.

What a place! I fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very nicely decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back.

The apartment is new and very well taken care of. All the rooms were extremely clean and the apartment has many appliances that help in everyday life. The parking space is also good and accommodates SUV vehicles with ease of maneuvering. The condominium has a garden inspired by Thailand, with many plants and a great leisure structure, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool and with lanes, very well-equipped gym, better than many hotels. The host was always very helpful and answered all my questions. I recommend it!

Everything was perfect and like in the pictures. Apartment with ocean views, in the heart of Ingleses, well-equipped and complete. We felt at home and it's our new favorite place.
