Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place. The house is located in the heart of Rosa, between the main road and the Ibiraquera lagoon. Situated on a dead-end street (no traffic), the house is quiet, sunny and airy. You can walk to the "centre" of Rosa (10 minutes walking) and there are markets, restaurants and pharmacies close to the house, all within walking distance. The beaches are a little further away, you will be 5 minutes from Rosa Norte by car and 10 minutes from Rosa Sul.

Full kitchen and laundry room with a washing machine. The place is very quiet and safe. Because it is a quiet place, loud noise and parties are not allowed.
