Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia Baía Formosa

Very nice apartment. It feels very private despite being attached to a main house. We had no inconvenience for you. It is located on top of a hill, which is normal in Buzios. I recommend getting around by Uber or renting a vehicle. The distance from the apartment to Rua das Pedras on foot is 12 minutes, very close and safe. The hosts have beautiful cats and dogs, as well as a rooster, which give the place a very cozy touch. Louie the host was attentive and timely at all times to our concerns and needs. I would only recommend adding a washing machine for people who have a long stay, as was our case. In short, a nice place, private and cozy. I highly recommend it.

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, the concern is very noticeable, all the appliances are in perfect condition. Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

The loft is cozy and nicely decorated. The cleaning was impeccable and the host was very attentive. One detail worth mentioning is that the whirlpool takes a long time to heat up (around 8 hours), which ended up limiting its use a little because I stayed during a cooler season. Even so, the experience was wonderful.

The house is old, but meets all needs. The front rooms are great with a wonderful view of the sea. The back rooms, with single beds, we need to change the mattress that was very thin The space is great, Marina, the collaborator, is super attentive and cooks very well. And the caretaker Márcio answered all our questions with all his attention A perfect weekend!! We will certainly be back

The house is exceptional, as advertised. Very clean and organized place. It has all the necessary utensils. Maurício the caretaker is very proactive. Veronica and Katia help with cleaning and cooking meals, very well by the way. They made the stay similar to a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, everything working well, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, shower heating, hot tub, etc. The house even offers some beach items, such as a cooler and chairs.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Bungalow! All very clean and organized. Marcos very capricious ! Respectful, answered all the messages. Manda message asked if we were in need of anything , sent all the information so that we could enjoy a lot. I was delighted by the view of the room , you wake up open the curtain and come across a view of that is priceless! My daughters loved the pool ! A tip for those with a small child, take floats because the pool is deep . I thought I wasn't going to be able to stay on the balcony in the evening because of the mosquitoes, I bought repellent and didn🙌🏻't even have to use zero mosquitoes , I enjoyed the entire day as much as I could kkk that perfect place…

Arraial is amazing and this accommodation crowns a wonderful look of peace and tranquility. The sunrise and starry sky are unique. Clean room and bathrooms, Wi-Fi network available throughout the stay. Recommendation!

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.
