It has 2 bedrooms, fans in the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, internet, Sky, Netflix, an equipped kitchen, a closed patio, CINDAPA alarm and monitoring. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF FRIENDS, ONLY FAMILIES. WE DO NOT RENT TO EVENTS OR BIRTHDAYS. The rental is for up to 7 people. NO LOUD NOISES. We do not provide bed linen. No more than 2 small pets. The cleaning fee is R$ 200.
