The house is cute! Highlighting the super complete outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue area, and outdoor refrigerator. The rooms are all good, with air-conditioning. The bathrooms are also super good. Kitchen integrated with the living room, which ensures an optimal space. I think it could have an air fryer! It helps a lot in everyday life, but it is very well equipped! The house is very close to Bacutia beach and you can walk there - maximum 10 minutes. The path during the day is quiet, but at night it is quite deserted and ideally needs to be reached by car. There is a market, a beverage distributor nearby and it is next to Meaipe, which has a good structure of restaurants. It is 10 km from Guarapari. One difference was Gabrielle's service, who was always super helpful! She always helped us with everything we needed, even when we needed the sheets she promptly helped us. He cleared up all the doubts, sent all the tips and points about the house. The house has a great space for the kids and we took our pet who felt super comfortable!

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. Were sensational days! Mr. Antônio's house is wonderful and very clean and organized. The attention he gave us since before the entrance and even after the exit was surreal. Can rent without fear, vcs will be enchanted! In the condominium, close to the house there is a court with a lane around which was great for running, and I did not do my physical activity. The house has everything you need for excellent lodging, we hope to be back soon!

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

The host is super polite, responds quickly… The place is more secluded, but there is a market nearby! Great for relaxing with friends and family. Anyway… perfect!

The couple is very friendly and welcoming, they welcomed us with a shrimp moqueca, which I thought was very good, because I arrived later and was already worried about going out to eat. The house is spacious, beautiful view, very close to the beach. It has a hydro, sauna and swimming pool, as well as games. The fishmonger delivers at home and the supermarket is close by, too. It was a good experience, as I had what I contracted, in addition to efficient and caring communication.

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. Very cozy accommodation, very comfortable house and it suited my family very well. Clean space, easy to get the key. You could walk to the beach, but we chose to go by car. Wifi working perfectly. Very nice condominium with great structure.

The place is beautiful, the impeccable structure: several bathrooms, several bedrooms and leisure options for all ages - soccer camp, pool, swing, fishing, contact with nature and , for those who like, a television. Comfortable and cozy house in the middle of the Atlantic forest. Although it appears isolated, it is very close to the “centrinho” of Buenos Aires, a mountain region of Guarapari, approximately 10km from the beach. Place of quiet and peace! We enjoy a lot!! We refer and hope to have another opportunity to spend wonderful days with family and friends in this paradise!
