With a lot of love for detail, renovated 3 1/2-room apartment on the top floor of a beautiful Engadine house in a quiet, central and sunny location. The village centre of Scuol and the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars are only a 15-minute walk away. 2 reserved parking spaces are available in front of the separate entrance to the house. The large covered west terrace with dining table, lounge and sunny island offers a great panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountain world. In addition to the spacious lounger, you will also find a cozy lounge here, which invites you to linger. After the comprehensive renovation, the apartment now shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom was comprehensively renovated, partially redesigned and newly furnished. The state-of-the-art kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom you can enjoy a new massage shower. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.
