We had a great weekend staying at Jeff's house. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of supplies on hand. The pond has frogs, geese, and plenty of fish. We love the afternoon sounds of the bullfrogs. A very peaceful place to be. We will definitely return in the near future!

I was not actually able to go to this tiny house that I was so looking forward to going to. There were storms the day I was to arrive and the hosts lost their electricity. They were very communicative and I appreciate the fact that they cared enough to let me know that I would be walking into a home without electricity. I am going to keep them on my wish list for the next time I'm in Greenville because they were so nice!

Clean, modern, with thoughtful and quality finishes. The bed was SUPER with top-notch memory foam pillows. This was a great find, close to downtown and Unity Park, a nice place to get outside. You do have to walk up 21 stairs to the unit but it was worth it. If we had to describe this listing with one word, we'd use the word "comfortable". We plan to return in the future. Thank you, Nicholas, for providing just what we needed while in Greenville.

The house served our needs. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kids enjoyed running around in the backyard. The granite countertops are nice. The bedrooms have window blinds but no blackout curtains or shades, so the rooms didn’t get very dark; to make it worse, the neighbor across the street keeps an outdoor light on all night. The dining room table is small and only has 4 chairs, so we couldn’t all eat together. But, overall, the house was comfortable and in a good location for us. Renee was very communicative and responsive.
