It is conveniently located on Highway 271 N, just 2 miles from a Family Dollar and 4 miles from Pat Mayes Lake. Also, it is approximately 15 miles from Choctaw Casino. We have a 2 car COVERED PARKING space and plenty of parking space for any boats or RV's you might be traveling with. NO PETS please.

This upper-floor efficiency loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. The unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, a kitchen table for two, and a glamorous tiled bathroom with a stand-up shower. Styled with Art Deco charm, it’s a cozy “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

Also very close to the Sulphur River where you can go fossil hunting, hiking, picnicing etc. Driving distance from Bonham State Park. Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.
