Historical Vintage Villa Within a Mountain and Castle

Rediscover mid-century modern aesthetics at this vintage inspired home. The residence features warm woods, contrasting textures and motifs, light hues, a floating staircase, a minimalist interior design approach, and rooftop views from the balcony to the castle and mountains. Located in the old town, nearby the church of Saint John, you will find the area quiet and silent, all you need to spend some relaxing days. Casa do Adro offers all the amenities of a new modern house, but with the retro/vintage touch and comfort. On the ground floor we have a fully vintage style equipped kitchen with dish washer, laundry, living room and service toilet. There is a big table where 8 people can comfortably sit for dinner, and where we daily serve breakfast with Regional fruit, home made jams, juice and locally bread. The living room offers a nice flat TV and sofa. You can go through 100 international channels, or simply rest or read a book, inside or outside on the terrace. The first floor has two rooms, both with double bed. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms and each room offers air conditioning and splendid views over the mountains and the castle of Porto de Mós. Guests will have access to the whole house. I have limited availability, even though I am reachable 24 hours on the phone and email. Whenever I can, and if my guests feel like, I enjoy a good chat and get to know people. Sharing experiences makes part of the Airbnb concept. The Villa do Adro is located in the historical area of Porto de Mós village. Guests can easily walk to places of interest such as Porto de Mós Castle, the town hall square, and the Serra de Aire and Candeeiros Natural Parks with great trails, caves and views. Parking is always available by the house. The walk to the Village takes 5 mins, and from there you can take buses to the main attractions (Nazaré, Leiria, Fátima, Batalha, etc). We will get in touch with the guests to arrange the check in.

Situado numa zona rural, em Leiria, o espaço beneficia da localização no meio da vegetação, proporcionando uma experiência imersiva na natureza. Faça uma caminhada pela estrada do Vale Maior. Próximo de serviços (bomba de gasolina, banco, farmácia e padaria).

Most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Balcony view cannot be beat!!! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The place itself might be small for some people, but it was perfect for us. I could’ve sat on the balcony staring at the ocean all day.

Só gratidão, a Sandra foi muito prestativa me foi buscar e levar à rodoviária. Ensinou-me o caminho mais fácil para ir so centro e os locais que eu queria visitar. Super simpática e amável. Un jolie paradis paisible que cet appartement. Tout a été créé avec soin et avec goût. Bravo pour le résultat et d'en faire profiter les voyageurs. André nous a fait la visite de l'espace à notre arrivée et nous avons été charmée par l'environnement et les hôtes. C'est calme, le lit super confortables , les draps doux et en extra le son de la rivière pour dormir. Un stationnement facile d'accès à coté de la maison , une épicerie à quelques minutes de marche Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir réservée plus longtemps.

If you're looking for a home from home, then this is the villa for you and your family/friends! This amazing spotlessly clean property is large, light and airy located up in the hills of Leiria and had everything we needed (the kitchen was extremely well equipped!!) to make our stay very comfortable. There was an assortment of games at our disposal (both indoors and outdoors) for all the family to enjoy....and we did! 🙂 The villa is a short drive from Leiria town which has a very large supermarket, shops and restaurants. Our host Luis kindly left us a selection of local fresh cakes for us upon arrival. He was very quick to respond to any queries we had, and before our arrival sent us lots of useful recommendations on restaurants, places to go etc. We highly recommend this accommodation and the very welcoming hospitality. Thank you Luis! Loretta and Malcolm.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche direkt am Atlantik verbracht und jeden Moment genossen. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Sie war blitzsauber, die Bettwäsche roch frisch und von jedem Zimmer gibt es einen Blick auf das Meer. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, eine Bar und das Meer: da muss man eigentlich nirgendwo anders mehr hin. Wenn man das will, braucht man ein Auto. Einen Parkplatz (gratis) findet man vor der Wohnanlage. Wir hatten Glück und es waren nicht viele Wohnungen belegt. Falls doch, hat man Sichtkontakt mit den Nachbarn. Insgesamt war es wunderbar ruhig und wir haben uns optimal entspannt.
