I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

Perfectly situated , 2km from Sancerre and 1 km fron Chavignol, an old house entirely renovated for 6 persons. Huge garden of more than 1200 m2 with a lot of fruit trees. Quiet of the countryside in the heart of a village and at the feet of vines. Garden furniture and barbecue. Huge kitchen with dining area upstairs. Master bedrrom with bathroom and office corner, second double room, and children room with two singles (2x 90 cm/ bedroom to go through to reach one of the double room).

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Come and spend a pleasant stay in our comfortable house, close to all shops (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket...). Just 2 km from exit 37 of the A77, it's waiting for you! The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the land completes this picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance with closet, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large living room.

This authentic 16th century house, charming and bright, has all the comforts you need, and can accommodate 4 guests.
