Our charming new apartment is located in the district of Linz Urfahr in a quiet location, close to the university. The 64 m² are divided into anteroom, bedroom, first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. The tram stop is a 3-minute walk and takes our guests to Linz main square in 12 minutes. Local suppliers, wine taverns, restaurants, as well as an indoor swimming pool with wellness area are in the immediate neighborhood.

Our cozy ground-floor apartment is located on a quiet side street in the district 'Franckviertel '. Having two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to five people (two double beds + one person on the sofa bed). Easy access by public transportation (10 minutes to the main station). The Design Center, the University of Applied Sciences, the market Südbahnhofmarkt and the Kepler University Hospital are within a walking distance. Free, unrestricted parking is available along the street.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. But the city is all the more beautiful. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.
