Great accomodation on amazing location, very close to everything but calm and quiet. Apartment was perfect with everything you migh need. Alessandro was great host and provided us with local suggestions!

We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautifully restored stable with its own charming patio. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and situated in a peaceful setting on a stunning estate. It’s ideally located — close to the sea (Trani) and the remarkable Castel del Monte — yet tucked away in a quiet, non-touristy region, perfect for those seeking rest and natural beauty. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with suggestions, and their adorable dogs added an extra touch of warmth to the experience. The local olive oil, produced right on the property, is simply excellent — a real treat. There are also some great restaurants in the nearby area, offering delicious local cuisine. Whether you're exploring the nearby sights or just relaxing on the patio, this place offers a perfect balance of comfort, authenticity, and tranquility. Highly recommended — we would love to return!

Lorenza’s palazzo was an amazing and unique place to stay. It’s situated in the historical heart of Giovinazzo,2 metres from the marine promenade. We had a spectacular view of the sea from our bedroom’s window. The special compliment and thanks to Lorenza’s hospitality: the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking,she generously left for us wine,beer,coffee pods,biscuits and even pasta . The bathrooms have all necessary paraphernalia and more. The place is immaculately clean,moreover Lorenza cleaned our bedrooms and changed the bedding/towels in the middle of our stay. You need a car or to be prepared to travel by train as no taxi service in Giovinazzo . There is quite noisy from morning to late evening around which is no hosts’ fault at all ,but it adds to the atmosphere of holiday.The bells’ ringing and birds singing gives additional charm to the palazzo. Very impressed and highly recommend Lorenza’s beautiful home . Unforgettable experience,we’ll definitely come back again.

Giusy is an excellent hostess and communicator, and her parents, who were on-site, were absolutely fabulous. Some of the nicest people I met on my trip! They waited outside to ensure that I found the space then showed me where to park my car. Once I got checked in and asked about getting something to eat, they insisted on preparing dinner for me. What a delight to see that real hospitality is not dead! With love, they put together a fantastic meal for me including their own homemade salami and ricotta cheese... and made me feel right at home. I was offered a walk around the town to see some of the beautiful sites. Despite my not speaking much Italian, we managed using an app to help us communicate. This place was incredibly calm and picturesque, the town a joy to visit. If you are looking for a genuine experience away from tourists, this is the place. The studio, a 10-meter walk from the car park space, is compact but beautifully done and has everything you need. Grazie to all!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die Küste. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen im Cilento. Felice hat uns sehr aufmerksam betreut, regelmäßig nachgefragt ob wir etwas benötigen und Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Loved my stay in Matera and this was a perfect base. The location is perfect to explore the stunning old city, with a church and views of the mountains at your front door, with bars and restaurants only moments away. As for the apartment, the bathroom is particularly sublime with ancient stone walls to admire whilst bathing

Marina’s place surpassed all our expectations. Beautifully designed and spacious, it featured a stunning kitchen, a cozy sofa, and every essential we could need. Staying in the Sassi felt like a step back in time. Marina was exceptionally kind and responsive, making our experience even more memorable. We truly didn’t want to leave!

They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the property if you arrange, which is SO rare in Matera, where parking can be a challenge. It’s the most premium Airbnb experience I’ve had in Italy. 🇮🇹 The views in the place: Absolutely STUNNING. Every room opens onto a picture-perfect backdrop. The home has two bathrooms, air conditioning, & every hotel-level amenity you could want, you can really tell the hosts have hospitality experience. 🌅😍🏩🏨 My best friend and I are content creators & truly couldn’t believe how photogenic the entire place is. Not only the Airbnb:The TOWN TOO—It’s was such a dream for us! Milena’s brother works at the restaurant next door, incredible food and wine, and they’ll even bring it to the airbnb! The location is central and walkable, with minimal stairs, making it accessible for
