Condo vacation rentals in Posillipo, Naples

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandra's apartment. The kitchen is even more beautiful than in the photos - full of light, with windows and doors that open out onto a sunny terrace. The apartment is also extremely well-stocked. We cooked at home (there's a great grocery store next door), and had access to every utensil and appliance we needed. Alessandra gave us lots of local recommendations, and we enjoyed the proximity of the metro, the serenity of the neighborhood, and the view of the sea just a three-minute walk away. This place is an absolute gem!

Do not hesitate to book the Degas flat with Ludovica! She is a proactive, considerate host, gives precise instructions and descriptions, and offers solid recommendations. She was very responsive throughout our stay, and in fact went out of her way to help us and find a an issue that arose that was beyond anyone’s control. As for the flat, felt more like a home and yet also more elevated than the large majority of Airbnb bookings I’ve stayed at. It is charming, very well designed and thought out, looks exactly like the photos. It is bright and sunny, yet was easily cooled down even though it is on the top floor. And if you want to be in the heart of Naples, the location cannot be beat. You are at virtual ground zero for easy access to what Naples offers, and yet because it faces an inner courtyard and not the street, the flat itself is peaceful. In short, this was our second time in Naples, and we would not hesitate to book the Degas flat for our inevitable third.

Great location with stunning outlook. Gio very helpfully introduced us to a local taxi driver who collected us from port and provided help through the week. Will miss sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Filippo and Simona were absolutely lovely! Their apartment was really large and comfortable. The location was private and secure and within a stone’s throw of the water. We spent two evenings on the harbor watching boats come and go with Mt. Vesuvius as the backdrop! It was remarkable! Thank you to our hosts — they were awesome and so was the apartment!

Michele was a very helpful host. Always ready to answer any questions and recommended various places to visit to spend the evening or have an aperitif.

Wonderful stay. The apartment was in a charming old building, in a piazza with a lovely bar and facing a beautiful church that was one of the highlights of our visit. We were walking distance to every single attraction in the old city and the Spanish quarter. Antonio was the most incredible, gracious host. He was super communicative, responsive, always around to help with anything, including giving suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities (including an AC!!). It felt like a home away from home while exploring magnificent Naples. Would definitely rent again if we visited.

This was such a quaint place to stay—you would have NO idea there was such busy streets surrounding this location (busy in the best possible way) because the condo keeps the noise out. There was loads of restaurants nearby, a short 30 min walk to city centre (although my sister and I actually preferred this area more), and close enough to train stations to get to Pompei. The condo was clean, had extra linens, coffee maker, even toiletries! The terrace was so lovely, and even though there is lights around the building you could still see the stars at night. Giulio was friendly, responsive, detailed, approachable and provided everything he said he would. His host book was so helpful, and when we had questions he was more than happy to provide answers in a timely fashion. 10/10 recommend coming back here 🤍

very close to everything you need and 2 metro stations and the funicular to the castle. The balcony and terrace aree fantastic for watching the sub go down with a glass of wine. Aircon excellent in the bedrooms and lounge. large flat with lots of space.

Annamaria was a very generous and helpful host. We got around the language barrier by using the translate app. She gave us helpful tips about good restaurants and bars and provided a map of the city with points of interests marked on it. The location was perfect, very central and with beautiful surroundings. The private balcony was lovely to sit out in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine or two! Annamaria arranged for someone to collect us from the airport when we arrived and a taxi on our last day. We stayed for 10 days and she arranged for the apartment to be cleaned half way through our stay. She also gave us a welcome gift of beautiful pastries! I would recommend staying in Annamaria’s apartment and would definitely like to stay there next time we visit Napoli.

The house locates at one of the busiest regions in Naples. Many restaurants and souvenir shops around the house. The flat is at third floor so you may need to climb the stairs if you do not have 10cent for the lift, which is quite a problem when you have many luggages. The host and neighbours are kind and helpful. The house is quite clean. The toilet has little smell but it is fine when the toilet window is opened. The house is 10-15minutes walk from the train station. U may need to climb the slope for ~5mins which is abit tired when u have luggages. If you hates heat, there is very nice air-con. Overall, we like the stay.

This place is a gem! It was up a hill, which was actually nice for some exercise and also it was quiet up there! Close enough to walk everywhere without the hustle bustle noise We tried Sadik’s recs and there were all great He communicated with us through the trip and even helped us with transportation

We were three generations living in the apartment, and everyone had a fantastic time. We made good use of Marcos' good recommendations and contacts. Thus, we got a fantastic guide in Pompeii and skilled drivers who showed us, among other things, the Amalfi Coast. The local pizza restaurant must be tried, it is absolutely amazing. The local mozzarella factory let us in so we could see how they made the cheese, and we got to taste fresh mozzarella. The other shops nearby sell local high-quality food, which we enjoyed on the roof terrace. Marco is as nice and skilled as all the great reviews of him show. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Great place. Very clean. Great host. I’d go back. I love the area and town. So easy to get there and easy to get to the ferry. Also host was very nice.

What a beautiful, peaceful place. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the sea and shops but feels much further away. The view is divine and the large garden a great place to enjoy it from. We felt very comfortable there and were sorry when it was time to leave.

We enjoyed the breathtaking views from this uniquely decorated vintage Neapolitan penthouse apartment found in the heart of Stella near Materdei. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and so much more. Take the time to observe the art, many telics and trinkets they’ve collected throughout their travels. Salvatore and Rosanna were excellent hosts offering an abundance of information and suggestions regarding dining and sightseeing. They were kind enough to upgrade the WiFi so we could continue to work and were always available to answer our questions during our one month stay.

This place was perfect. It is a beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable home, with stunning views of the sea from the house and from patios on several levels. It's located in one of the quieter towns on the Amalfi Coast (a big plus! no tourist crush!) but close to both Positano and Amalfi. The home is managed by the Hotel Margarita, a short walk down the street, and its fabulous, helpful, kind staff. They are what made this place truly special. They were in the parking lot to greet us when we arrived and brought our luggage from our car into the unit (vice versa after we checked out). This was important because there are several flights of stairs from the street leading down to the unit. They helped us figure out the best way to get to the places we wanted to see on the coast (transportation on the crowded coast is not easy, so their help was invaluable). They offered special meals and medical help when one member of our party got sick. Their service was exceptional!

We had a great stay - Graziano’s apartment was in a perfect location, walkable to all the shops and restaurants and close to the station. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Both Graziano and Rossana were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend this apartment and stay here again if returning to Sorrento!

Compact but perfectly formed apartment in a great location. It has everything you need for your stay. The Castle surroundings are fantastic, the pool was lovely. Beautiful sea view from your bed! Well kept gardens and public spaces. It’s in a great location, we walked everywhere to restaurants and the beach, and it was easy to explore. Giuseppe gave us lots of fantastic recommendations including Gabrieles - for the best gelato and brioche! Vico Equense has a village feel with everything you and a great location to explore all this coast has to offer, with easy access to the train station. Highly recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosita! The space is a little smaller than the pictures made it appear, however it was all the room we needed for our time in Positano. The balcony views were beautiful and everything was nice and clean. We were even given some homemade limoncello to enjoy during our stay. The pull-out sofa bed was comfortable and Rosita and Jess were very responsive with any questions we had while we were there. Just a heads up, if you are planning on walking rather than taking the taxi or bus, the condo is very high up on the cliff and there are lots of stairs to get down into town and to many of the restaurants, and back. We ended up walking down most of the time but figured out the local bus to get a ride back up. Overall, we had a great time in Positano and are thankful to have had Villa Rosita to come back to at the end of the day!

What a view! Beautiful sunsets every night. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We opened up the windows and let the fresh sea air in. Very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of electric outlets on each side of the bed. Hit water was plentiful. Having the washer was a plus. It actually held more laundry than we thought it would. We walked to everything. Train station about 11 minute walk. Ferry about 35 minute walk. The hosts are very responsive and proactive. We had a very minor issue and it was resolved quickly and hosts always in contact. Thank you for sharing your family apartment with us!

We had a great time in Furore! It's a great home base if you're planning to visit Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello like we did. We just wish we'd stayed longer so we could have explored more places! Paola's place is about 20-30 minutes drive from Amalfi where you can park, explore, and ferry to different cities along the coast. Paola and her sisters are wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Paola, in particular, went above and beyond to help us catch a gecko in our apartment on night 1 (this was a funny experience) and make us dinner reservations for our final night. I'm glad we chose Furore because it's a quiet community with lots of DELICIOUS restaurants nearby and there's also a lemon farm nearby that serves a wonderful breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the train and a short ride into Sorrento, which is especially beautiful to visit at night. It’s also a perfect base for exploring Pompeii and the surrounding areas. The setting is peaceful, and one of the highlights was the bathtub—absolutely amazing after a long day of walking! We also appreciated the fresh oranges available for juice and the iron, which came in handy for getting ready for evenings out. Highly recommended!
