Spent the night away for my birth weekend, it was exactly what I needed. A small quiet cozy place to just unwind and recoup. The hot tub was a beautiful way to end the long day. Will be booking again in the future. Thank you for a beautiful peaceful stay

We loved our stay. The place smelled fresh, everything was super clean, it had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was refreshing to come back to after a long day of excursions. I would absolutely return and recommend to anyone!

We had the privilege of staying here for two weeks while exploring St. John’s and the Avalon Peninsula. Eli’s place was the ideal home base. Sparking clean, fantastic views of the narrows, colorful house fronts, and roof tops (from the dining table, living room, kitchen and deck!), comfortable king size bed, roomy bathroom, well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, plenty of amenities, and easy walks to restaurants, bakeries, shops, tourist sites, and great Irish music. What more do you want for the perfect visit to St. John’s!

I stayed at this property from April 28- May 13. I had to unexpectedly extend my stay due to my home purchase closing taking longer than expected. The management team was thoughtful and considerate during this time. I truly appreciate the extra lengths they went to, to provide me with the least amount of stress possible. The property was in a great location that made it easy to find everything. The property was clean and for the most part quiet. The only part that was tough was the people who rented upstairs. They were quite loud often which was frustrating, but not the fault of the property owners. Overall it was a great stay. Clean comfortable and friendly. Thank you.

Julian's place is in a fantastic location for us as it was close to places we were visiting. Walking distance to downtown and short drives to Signal Hill, Cape Spear and the Basilica. It was great having a parking space provided! The basic amenities were provided, and was overall clean! There was a good amount of dishes, cups and glasses available for use as well. Coffee and green tea were provided, which we greatly appreciated. Julian was friendly and quick when communicating with us. Lastly, it was easy to check in and check out. Would definitely recommend his place!

What a wonderful little home in Petty Harbour. The location is breathtaking, it is like staying in a post card! Watching the water from the deck and the living room was amazing, having the fog roll up a true Newfoundland experience. Close to the city. Be sure and try the local ice cream shop and get the home made flakies...the best I have ever had! Thanks Amy for sharing your wonderful cottage.

Once again we enjoyed our stay. Already missing the very comfortable bed.

Second time at Rose’s and another great stay, everything you need and a quiet neighborhood

Hello Everyone, We stayed at Krista’s place for two nights and we had the best experience. The place was super clean and it felt like home. If you are visiting St. John’s, you must stay at this place as the host is super friendly. She responded to her messages every time. We got clear instructions on how to check in and check out. The place smelled great as the host used a nice room freshener. This was our second experience in an Airbnb and it was thousand times better than our previous one. I wish this host the best and I hope she owns many more places like this. 🤗

Highly recommend. Absolutely pristine property which is exactly as pictured. Monica is an extremely responsive and friendly host. The attention to detail in the Puffin Perch is amazing. So well decorated.and all amenities you need. The kitchen is awesome and stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Great views and a ni e private area in back with seating, a firepit and bbq. We spent 10 wonderful days there and were quite sad to leave. Dont hesitate to book if you want to tour the Avalon peninsula. Ten out of ten!!

An Unforgettable Stay with Host Harvey! From the moment we booked, Harvey went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. He reached out before our arrival with thoughtful recommendations on must-see spots around Bay Robert’s, including hikes. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with fresh milk, cream, coffee, tea, and other thoughtful touches that made us feel at home right away. The house itself was fantastic, spacious and inviting, with front and back patios perfect for relaxing outdoors. We enjoyed a cozy night in, playing cards and watching hockey game, appreciating the home’s comfort. The next morning, Harvey pointed us toward Mad Rock Cafe for breakfast, and wow…what a recommendation! The food was outstanding, making for the perfect start to our day. Beyond the beautiful accommodations, Harvey truly made our stay special with warm hospitality, easy communication, and friendly demeanour. If you’re considering a visit, staying with Harvey is definitely worth it!

Dora’s place is a must stay simply for the view and surroundings. Watching the sunrise/sunset and the moon sparkling over the water is breathtaking. Bonus feature… you can fall asleep listening to the ocean waves rolling on the beach. Ingrid and Andrew were the best hosts and went above and beyond to be helpful. We throughly enjoyed their company and the many stories they had to tell, especially about the history of Dora’s Place. Do yourself a favour and book so you can soak up one of the best views around.

Lovely place on Conception Bay! Great weather meant we could enjoy the deck and view. Well outfitted for the 8 adults and Denise was extremely responsive. Would definitely book again
