Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

The Quirky Houseboat Dodge

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. 'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high. She is perfectly formed and has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Situated at the end of our garden, the lodge has a decking area. Access is next to our house. On a quiet road with free parking. Buses to Brighton run frequently from the end of the road.

We are situated in a lovely area 3minutes from the train station it’s about 5 stops into Brighton and takes about 12 minutes . We have a shopping square over the road , you can get everything you need there. We are a 5 minute walk to a beach with great cafes . A dog friendly park is just a stroll up the road. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee.
