Studio apartment at the bottom of our garden in Portobello. Self contained, safe and with your own entrance. Double bed, small kitchen and shower room. Portobello Promenade and the sandy beach is at the end of our street - 2 minutes walk. Portobello is a vibrant community with specialist shops and lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Free parking at our house. Edinburgh city centre is 20 mins by bus. From there, it is easy to walk to the castle, the old town, National Museum, galleries etc.

Boho beach flat

Bright, airy 2-bed in Portobello. Open kitchen/living room. Perfect for a beach visit in this spacious and relaxed space. 🌊🌅 There are no curtains or blinds in the living room area (blinds in both bedrooms). I like that it keeps the flat bright but just in case this is an issue for you! 😊 The smaller bedroom does not have a door as it has no architrave - it has a curtain on a rail for privacy. No bannister in the communal stair. 26 bus runs day and night to and from town. Free parking.

This is a handsome 19th-century Victorian house situated on one of the most exclusive streets in Portobello. It offers unusually flexible accommodation, an enviable beach-side location and is close to all the towns amenities. The apartment is super clean and has been furnished with all the comforts of a home away from home. This exceptional house has three apartments for short-term let and all of the apartments are well equipped and completely self-contained but can also be let together.

Welcome to our super cute cosy cabin situated in the gardens of our home with it’s own separate entrance. We are very close to Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside and 20 minutes from the city centre, making it an ideal location to explore the beautiful city of Edinburgh and the East Lothian countryside. An ideal base for couples & families, close to Holyrood Park, Arthur’s Seat and with lots of lovely bars & restaurants within walking distance. We welcome well behaved dogs, kids & their owners!
