The experience in the space was amazing. The service was impeccable, as soon as I made the reservation I received all the check-in instructions, which was super easy. The apartment was effortlessly clean. The location is perfect, about 10 minutes from downtown (by car), with restaurants, bars and beaches nearby. The beds are comfortable, the sofa bed too, it has air in both rooms, which saved us after a long trip. I highly recommend the space for everyone.

I loved staying at Eliane's house. Great location, close to markets, pharmacies, beach... the house has a very good structure and served me very well. Eliane, always very kind and always available when I needed her. Super recommended. I'll be back more often, this time with a better mood. lol thanks Eliane.

The property has a full kitchen for those who want to cook, impeccable tableware, dishes, porcelain cups, living room, I thought the sofa was a little small, but it accommodates up to 3 people in the living room comfortably. The house is very new, the space is very good, it accommodated my family for 7 days without a problem. The only point is that we couldn't use the barbecue because it wasn't ready yet. More than anything, Thiago was very kind, and guided us as soon as he had the opportunity.

Extremely quiet accommodation, the apartment is as in the photos, well organized, new, well equipped and comfortable, kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Mr. Euclides, very attentive and polite, guided us and helped us with what was necessary, always with great agility, Marcelo from the condominium was also always very friendly! We were very pleased and we are already planning our return!

The house is exactly as shown in the listing, it is inside a condominium right on the sand, it is the one with the best view of the sea, it is complete, bedding, mattresses and comfortable pillows, it is practically all air-conditioned. Marla is super helpful, she responds quickly. The day we arrived at the house, we tried to turn on the TV in our suite and it was having problems. I told Marla, and she had a new TV delivered on the same day😯. Anyway, I highly recommend it...

The stay at Ilma's cottage was excellent, the cottage is beautiful, clean and organized, well located, you can go to the center of Arraial on foot and to the beaches there are places nearby to catch the van, very well-equipped kitchen, I took my two dogs and it was very safe for them, since the place is all fenced. I highly recommend the cottage and I intend to return more often. Ilma is a dear and very attentive to guests!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is cozy, very clean, organized. Very well located, close to the beach, famous Cabana do Gaúcho, Cabana Axé Moi. Close to a Supermarket, Restaurant, Snack Bar, Pharmacy. A very peaceful place. Thais is very attentive, a lovely person. I recommend it, I hope to return.

I have nothing to complain to the host Piu always very helpful and always showed herself present and very hospitable, very clean and welcoming apartment. My trip was amazing and I will come back more times and stay in the apartment without a doubt, we only had a little unforeseen with the water from the bathroom shower but it was solved very quickly by the condominium janitor Mr. Jailson very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Residence Pé na Areia!!! Beautiful and cozy place. It really is “feet in the sand,” because the beach is the backyard. Super clean and organized house. Sufficient, clean and high-quality bed and bath linens. Comfortable beds. Marco is attentive and helpful. He always assisted us efficiently. The staff are very polite. I felt safe, as the condominium is closed and there is a guard at night. And on top of that, there's the “being in Bahia” that I love so much.

I loved the stay. The place is exactly as shown in the photos... everything is very beautiful. It was an incredible time.

Impeccable house, great value, the house had everything, very well organized, clean and comfortable. We have been answered super fast when we need it. We only had one issue with a person who had rented before, but we reported it to the hosts and everything was fine. I'd definitely come back.

I stayed with my family from 5/5/2025 to 5/13/2025, excellent apartment, clean linens, kitchen with impeccable containers, I just missed an air fryer, it would make the stay even easier. Bruna is always very attentive and kind. On a future visit to Porto Seguro, I would definitely choose the Monte Carmelo condominium again.
