Located in a quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the villa and the beach, it is the ideal place for your holidays. It has a balcony with dining table and garden with barbecue, shower and outdoor furniture. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a large and comfortable sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people. It has a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Kitchen equipped with all utensils, wifi available.

The house can be rented as a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom, with access to the second bedroom from the outside. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. A Fernandes House é uma casa nova (remodelada em maio de 2021) e esta localizada em Machico, na costa sul da ilha da Madeira, a 1,4 km da praia de areia amarela, a 5 minutos de carro do Aeroporto. O apartamento fica na parte inferior da moradia. Nós vivemos no piso superior e estamos sempre disponíveis para ajudar, mas dando toda a privacidade. Será um prazer recebe-los.

The perfect home for a family vacation or with friends. A 5-minute walk from the beach. With all amenities , very spacious and with garden. A great choice to rest a few days but great for an extended stay! A 4 minute walk, there is a café/bakery, a mini market and a tobacco shop.
