Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum. Schon bei der Ankunft punktet sie mit einem privaten Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück — direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist auch bequem per Aufzug erreichbar. Perfekt für schweres Gepäck. Dort angekommen erwartet einen eine makellos saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen: In weniger als drei Minuten erreicht man eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten – und sogar der Strand liegt nur einen Sprung entfernt. Das absolute Highlight ist der wundervoll grosse Balkon: mit traumhafter Aussicht, ruhiger Atmosphäre und sogar einem Hauch Meerblick. Wir haben uns alle in diesen Ort verliebt – der perfekte Platz, um den Tag entspannt zu beginnen und ausklingen zu lassen. Top Unterkunft, direkt am Strand. Sehr gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft - fühlte sich an wie im Hotel, nur ohne "Buffetstress". Es hatte sogar Bademäntel, Tücher, Shampoo,... Kontakt vor Ort war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Отличное расположение, чистая, уютная квартирка с приятным и функциональным балконом, достаточно места и для размещения вещей и для отдыха в целом. До моря 5 минут, все в пешей доступности. Хозяева квартиры очень добрые и приветливые, помогли уладить пару вопросов, за считанные минуты. Все настолько понравилось, что мы бы хотели вернуться туда еще раз, но уже в более теплое время, на пляжный сезон. Спасибо! ☺️

This was a rather unique place to stay with proximity to some great restaurants and beautiful sunsets. Laurent and Urška were great hosts who responded quickly to any requests/questions and provided some very helpful recommendations. The house boat was super clean and had everything we needed. All of the check in/out procedures were clear and the instructional video made it even easier. This was a great place for a family of four on a road trip in Slovenia. Totally enjoyed chilling out on the roof under the stars!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind die Tennis und Padeltennis Plätze. Auch die Tennisbar ist direkt neben an. wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub.

Das Appartement kann ich jedenfalls weiterempfehlen. Super Lage an einem ruhigeren Strandabschnitt Nähe Ufficio 1. Der belebte Teil der Stadt ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Mirko war sehr gut.

Die Wohnung liegt supergünstig an dem Meeresufer, mit guten Einkaufs- und Bademöglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und es ist sehr gut möglich zu Fuß an den Strand, ins Restaurant oder zum Supermarkt zu laufen. Der Pool war toll- wenn auch noch nicht ganz fertig. Es wurde an vieles gedacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Venedig, jesolo und caorle gemacht- hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Absolute Empfehlung für Urlauber mit Kindern (so ab 3 Jahren, gibt eine recht steile Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung) oder ohne Kinder. Die Fensterläden sind Gold wert und dunkeln die Wohnung (vor allem in den frühen Morgenstunden) gut ab.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

Schönes Apartment Tolle Stadt mit vielen Attraktionen

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!

Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen – und wieder voll zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Schon beim ersten Besuch letztes Jahr waren wir begeistert, und auch diesmal war alles super. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Appartamento molto confortevole e pulito. Siamo stati con i nostri due bimbi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottima la posizione in centro e la proprietaria Giuliana è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Quando andremo nuovamente a Caorle ci torneremo sicuramente!

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

Chiara non è solo una padrona di casa molto speciale, ma anche una persona molto disponibile e fantastica. Poiché siamo riusciti ad arrivare solo 3 giorni dopo a causa di una malattia in famiglia, il check-in al mattino presto non è stato un problema. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza molto cordiale e Chiara ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie sull'appartamento e sulla zona circostante. L'appartamento era assolutamente pulito, immacolato e dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La spiaggia e il mare erano a portata di mano dal balcone e a pochi passi. Una posizione davvero ottima e vantaggiosa, in quanto siamo stati in grado di raggiungere l'appartamento molto velocemente a piedi anche con il nostro bambino di 4 anni quando ci siamo presi una pausa dalla spiaggia. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ennios Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen benötigt und auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, man hat unzählige Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und gleichzeitig genießt man die Ruhe des kleinen Fischerdorfes. Die Einwohner sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich willkommen, egal ob in der kleinen Bar um die Ecke, im Restaurant oder im tollen Fischladen nebenan. Wir haben es genossen, den Abend auf dem kleinen Balkon zu verbringen. Bei einem Glas Wein oder Prosecco (lieben Dank Ennio) schaut man auf die Boote in der Marina und genießt den Sonnenuntergang. Für uns der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We wanted to have a place near the beach, and this apartment was perfect for this kind of holiday, it is 5 minutes to the sea by foot. Along the way there is a huge pedestrian street with full of restaurants and shops, we had plenty options to eat outside. But the kitchen is also fully equipped so we could cook as well. The apartment was very cozy, nicely furnished. The balcony is not too big but cute and perfect for having a coffee there. All in all I totally recommend Elisabeth's place.
