Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was very comfortable and easily accessible to Athens sites while offering a bit more quiet than the busier tourist areas. We enjoyed an evening on the terrace taking in a typical Athenian Thursday evening. Georgios and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive. Fabulous stay!

The accommodation was exactly what we expected, a clean and tidy apartment, a beautiful garden where we enjoyed our coffee, a quiet neighborhood. We had clear instructions via messages and easy access to the entrance. Thank you so much.

This apartment is just WOW, whether you are sitting on the front verandah or on the top deck. The view of Acropolis is just breathing. Gianni is the best host ever. His responses were super fast and helpful. He can help with food, islands, what to do, wine etc. Apartment was so comfortable, that we didn't want to leave. Gianni has everything what you need. Not going to mention, olive oil, spices, the herbs etc. We were so grateful to stay there and can't wait to go back again. Thank you so much for all your help, Gianni.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Lovely little home tucked away from the street. Host was a great communicator and the place itself was nice. Walked to ATAKA taverna for dinner and that was delightful.

Christos was an excellent host, we ended up meeting him at the place but he sent clear instructions in case timing didn't work out. He gave great suggestions for local restaurants and bars and was responsive to any messages! The place is a quick 20 minute walk to the acropolis area or a super easy train ride on the public transport! thanks Christos xx

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

This was a good choice if you want to combine seeing the sites while also being able to sunbathe. We were able to work out that we needed to get the 2 trams into the centre of Athens I think the first one was the number 7 for 3 stops and then the number 6 for about 13 stops and then we could walk to the acropolis in 10 mins. The tram took about 30 mins all in all and was cheap.

Had such a great stay at the villa. It’s 3 apartments in one villa which was perfect for us. Lots of space so noone on top of each other. The main kitchen was big enough to cook for all of us so we didnt use the others. The pool is stunning with beautiful surroundings and both shade and sun areas. There are also outdoor showers. All amenities including washing machine but there is no bbq so do not buy bbq coals on your way here as you won’t be able to use them! The cats were cute and there was also a tortoise around that we made friends with. I would 100% stay here again it was such a good vibe to the place and not cluttered just everything you need but nice and tidy and very clean. The hot water was a bit miss in the main apartment as solar powered so it was hotter in the afternoon than the morning but this was no problem for us. A gorgeous beach is a few mins drive (yes the hill really is too steep to walk) the BEST bakery and there are many good restaurants a short drive away

it was great! the villa was beautiful and the location was amazing. However getting to the airbnb was a little difficult unless you have a driver or a rental car. If you are relying on taxis or Uber then transportation was difficult

Our family of 4 stayed in the space and loved it. Very walkable to everything - sites, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Very safe. The description is accurate, though the space is bigger than I was expecting. It is quiet, we slept great, it was clean…not much more we could ask for!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one was one of the best Pros. -hot tub is super nice -20 minutes from all the touristy stuff but also the location makes it a quick cab to the ocean -clean -near a grocery store -quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderfully stay at Sofia's property. She was very professional and responsive to all our needs and questions. The location was great, just a 30 second walk from the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet location and was a great choice for a family of 4 + infant. Sofia even had a crib setup for us upon arrival. only 20 mins from the airport, if you have a long layover, I would highly recommend Sofia and her unit as a great place to relax and enjoy the Greek beaches.

We happened to stumble upon Aris Air bnb after missing our flight out of Athens. This was a blessing in disguise, after making the booking through the app at 8pm, Aris was responsive and ready to welcome us to his apartment. We received a quick tour of the apartment and settled in. Aris made recommendations on local restaurants and even suggested the best options for breakfast and accessing the beach. We loved every bit of our stay, the town was quiet and quaint, most importantly not over run by tourist. We will definitely recommend Aris apartment and do look forward to returning in the future. 10 out of 10

Great stay. In a house with a beautiful garden with exceptional sea views. Our host is very responsive, with good tips on restaurants and other activities in the area. We had a pleasant time. This penthouse is a true gem in the heart of Athens. In addition to the incredible view - it is a bright, beautifully designed space with a minimalist aesthetic, it has three spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, all the amenities one would need/want and a very generous private terrace with a Jacuzzi. Everything was spotless, fresh and clean - in fact, so well maintained it felt like we were the first ones to stay there. The Team at Livin, Haidi, were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay (and truly essential making it feel like home as we were traveling with a two year old). Finally, The location couldn’t be better, easily walkable to numerous attractions or public transport. We can not wait to come back, thank you so much! Ευχαριστώ!! *There is a neighboring rooftop bar that can create some ambient noise, we didn't find it a problem, and our two year old slept through it easily, but worth mentioning for those who need a truly quiet environment.
