Apartment inserted in a traditional house rehabilitated in 2018, with contemporary and comfortable decor, opening to a cosy patio. The main theme is the photography – black and white photos of Ana Esquível from the 80s – of people and places in the Azores. Ripped spans allow an interesting communication between the outside and the inside of the house, plenty of natural light by day and intimate lighting at night, in which patio and living room are integrated. 5 minutes walk to the center of Angra.

New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old villa. It's on the second floor of the house and the top floor. It has access by rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, barbecue and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 composed of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and common room.
