Douro River Mirror - Downtown's Apartment with River View Balcony & Garage

The apartment has been equipped and decorated with the singular purpose of providing guests with a memorable stay. It`s centrally located within walking distance to all tourist attractions in Porto downtown. Guests have access to all the facilities of the apartment and a parking space in the garage. Upon arrival, we will welcome you, check you in, and share tips on what to do or what and where to eat in the city, as well as answer to any other questions you may have. During your stay, we are always on hand to assist you whenever you deem necessary. The property is set in the historical center, adjacent to the Ribeira area, full of iconic buildings and magnificent views of the Douro river. It is a 5 minute walk to the section of the 14th-century Fernandina wall and Santa Catarina Street. The apartment is 600 meters / 9 minutes walk from the metro and train S. Bento station with connection to the airport (+/-35 min trip) At Avenida dos Aliados, you can find the most varied buses that will allow you to quickly reach the beaches, Foz or anywhere within the city or its outskirts, not served by the metro network. If you drive to Porto... In the center of the city, during the night (20h00 - 08h00) and weekends, street parking is free, however during the day, it´s paid and you can only park two hours at a time. There are several parks nearby, we can recommend the better ones during the check-in. Alternatively, if you´re interested, I can book you a private transfer to get you to the apartment. It costs 9€/person (children until the age of 6 don´t pay and from 6 to 12 they pay half price) and it takes 20 minutes to get there from the airport (it can be used for 1 person but will cost 18€ anyway). The driver would wait for you at arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name on it. Free private parking is available in the building. Bathroom towels and linens are provided. Wireless internet is available throughout the apartment.

Cozinha com todos os utensílios para que possa fazer refeições e mesa. Sala com sofás para relaxar e ver televisão. Sofá pode-se transformar numa cama de 1,40 x 1,90 metros. No quarto uma cama de casal de 1,60 x 2,00 metros Hóspedes têm acesso a todo o espaço Durante o check-in oferço um mapa do Porto e respondo a todas as questões. Situado numa rua típica do Porto, este apartamento beneficia de uma excelente localização no centro histórico da cidade, perto de lojas, serviços, da icónica região da Ribeira e da Ponte de D. Luís. Quando chega ao prédio tem um lance de escadas até ao primeiro piso.

The area is covered by the entire public transport network. A small guide, prepared by us, will be provided, presenting the city and informing you of what we consider important to visit and enjoy.

The apartment (4th floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR) is very spacious and bright and has a large balcony, ideal for a calm and relaxing breakfast at sunrise. It is centrally located, 10 minutes walk from the metro station (direct to the airport), the city center and the shopping area (Rua de Santa Catarina). And within walking distance of the Cathedral and Avenida dos Aliados.
