The penthouse is impeccable. Even better than in the photos. And the richness of details captivates even more. The host takes care of everything, making the stay even more cozy. I'm sure that, on other occasions, I won't think twice: it will be my first choice. Thank you for your hospitality and please excuse me for anything.

The room is beautiful, it looked even better than the pictures. It is in a great location and there is a 24/7 security guard. The only issue was primarily cosmetic ( the building looks old from the outside and the elevator buttons look half broken). Everything else was great.

The apartment is really worth it, everything is very organized, very safe condominium, it's close to the beach, pharmacies, markets, bakeries and others, easy access, host provided all support.

Grácil is very kind, attentive and helpful, she answered everything promptly and in a welcoming manner. I felt at home during my stay with my father, who made everything easier, both because of the space, the surroundings with several options of supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and bars, and the beautiful sunset of Barra. Close to tourist spots and museums, making it easy to get around on foot, which is very safe. I suggest going to the Restaurante Recôncavo Regional to eat a Bahian moqueca. The condominium is great and the clean and fragrant space has all the utensils, cozy and comfortable rooms, well ventilated and spacious with beautiful art by Van Gogh, Tarsila de Amaral, Monet, Edvard Munch and Kandinsky and the work of Grácil and travel memories that make the atmosphere even more poetic. A space of Grácil with the touch of Solange is a true refuge that I recommend and intend to return. Graceful Gratitude!

We stayed during Easter and it was a wonderful experience! The apartment is very cozy, clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The beachfront location is excellent, waking up to the sound of the sea was a gift apart. The host was super attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I loved Nicole's apartment, ideal for traveling alone or as a couple. Very well located, on a safe street and, although busy, the apartment is super quiet. Super-equipped house and thought out in every detail. I recommend it to everyone.

Marta is a great host, always attentive and responsive. We had a small problem on the first day and Marta quickly referred someone to solve it, she was very kind to us. The place matches the photos perfectly, clean, comfortable and attractive, as well as being well ventilated because it is on a high floor, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, everything was amazing. We stayed 4 days and it was really worth it!

Very wide and cozy space, I felt at home. The perfect location, close to supermarkets, bars/restaurants, a few meters from the house, not counting, with the support of the condominium employees for guidance inside.

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

The apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, in a very safe area. The structure of the building is great, but the highlight we give is the apartment's balcony: side view to the sea, equipped with a hammock... a charming place to have coffee, we love it. The apartment matches the description exactly, with a good shower and air-conditioning that handles the Salvador heat. Viviane, as a host, was wonderful. She answered all our questions, forwarded suggestions for bars, restaurants, tours and was always available to make our stay in Salvador the best possible, in addition to the attention she gave us at check-in. We recommend it to everyone in the community and will certainly return if a new opportunity arises.

Great apartment, brand new, with excellent equipment, etc.; well-ventilated, secure building, a well-assembled gym, swimming pool with a wonderful view. The place where the property is located is also premium and close to everything.

The apartment is in a great location, in the heart of Rio Vermelho, where there are good bars, restaurants and a number of activities to do on foot. The view from the balcony is very pleasant and the environment is well distributed. The place is bright and airy, but with black-out curtains and air-conditioning in the bedroom, which allows for restful sleep. The shower stall is comfortable, and the shower provides a good hot shower. Highly recommended place.
