For rent nice new studio in recent villa of 23 m2 for 2 people, ideally located in quiet residence at the entrance of Porticcio and beaches (5 minutes from the beach and Porticcio, 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Ajaccio, by car).This studio is composed of a main room fully air-conditioned as well as an independent bathroom with shower (linen,towels available). Outside furnished with table,chairs,umbrella... Smoking outdoors. Parking assured.

Large modern studio on the ground floor of a villa with pool, very quiet place 5 minutes from the sea and the center of Porticcio (by car) and 15 minutes from the airport. Our place is great for couples and solo travelers without kids. The pool is shared with the owners (from 9am to 7pm approximately) with a minimum temperature of 26° from 04/01 to 10/31.
