Està situat al mig del poble, a l' alçada de la plaça- a uns 2 minuts a peu-on hi ha un supermercat, quiosc i alguns bars, en una zona sense sorolls a la nit. L' apartament té molta llum i disposa d' un ampli pati/terrassa on es pot menjar a l' aire lliure, relaxar-se i els nens poden jugar. Hi ha un llit de matrimoni, una llitera i un sofà llit molt còmode al menjador.
